    I love you ladies! I'm an American husband and father who's never been to India, but I love to hear your personal connections to foods you love from home. My appreciation for Indian and Pakistani cooking has grown over the years, and youtube channels like yours are surely helping people just like me explore spices and branch out in so many ways. Thank you so much for your continued work producing these videos and for sharing your journey with us!

      Thank you so much for your kind words and support. It was our original intent to showcase our food and culture and make Indian cuisine more approachable, not only to Indians, but also to people from all over the world. We're so glad that we are succeeding on some level :).

    Glad you are back again as a team to continue this channel. Another option is that you can break it up and eat it with hummus also. Keep bringing more interesting videos.

    I love indian/Pakistani cuisine (are there distinctions in how they cook?) and will make this (not sure where I will get the semolina) but I have a question: Why must the pot be inverted? Can I make this with my teflon wok "right-side up"? Wait! You forgot the garlic!!!

    I've have personally never seen this before, It's a great, fun idea that looks really innovative and inviting for guests! Thanks Anuja and Hetal. Are you still doing Tip Tuesday as you didn't post a video this week?

      Our pleasure! Glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, Tip Tuesday is still there but we had so many recipes to share that we will have to wait for a "free" Tuesday :)

    How to make the shape for us who have induction stoves?

    • @showmethecurry
      @showmethecurry  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Induction stoves will pose a problem. However, feel free to use a flat tawa (skillet). The shape will be flat but the taste will be the same.
