Good video. I need to do the same job on my Suzuki 2009 and was planning to use torch to avoid breaking the bolts. Did you have any problems removing all 4 of them ? Did you also use torch ? That’s what worry’s me if one bolt breaks I don’t know what will i do . Waiting for your reply thank you
iwas wondering if you can do a video for tcm on suzuki sx4 i have a problem awd lights and 4wd lock lights stay on when i press awd button and have to stop motor for it to come off
Great video! Im having the same clunking noise! I replace the struts and links and noise persists! Im suspecting the bushings! The lower control arms looks in good shape!! Great vieeo thanks a lot!!
Any area as long as ur confident its secure, is how i do it, i also leave my other jack on jacking point as a second precaution. Some times i just jack up both sides with jacks on each jacking point. But always put my hydraulic jack somewhere around front area as secondary precaution. Sure we all do it different.
yardelli I disconnected the links on both sides and felt play in the sway bar bushings. Control arms you can check with metal bar. I will be doing the control arms later. Will post it on youtube.
You can remove the bushing bracket without disconnecting the link. But to install the bracket back there will be tension on the bar from the links. So I would disconnect the links anyway.
I love all of your videos! Thanks so much for all of your help with my SX4! you are the best!

Did u solve the problem changing bushings bar?
@@hectorsanchez187 yes I replaced the sway bar bushings and noise went away!!!
Is it safe for the car to place jack stand at that point? I'm about to do the same but still unsure where to put the jack stand head.

It is 12mm bolts not 13mm as you indicated..
if you use 13 mm..you will round the bolt head..
Thanks for another helpful video. I have a similar noise on my Fiat Sedici (same car). How did you know it was not the wishbone?
What do you mean wishbone?
volvosweden The lower suspension arm underneath the 'sway' bar

how to know name of part?
thanks before.
Do you absolutely need to remove the stabilizer link from the bar? Or you can do the job only by removing the bushing bracket?
