I have exact fridge with same problem.
I just screwed it all back up, should be good. Your instructions were right on. Pretty sure your adhesive is from a 3” piece of protection that was wrapped around the end of the coil. 👍🏼

Hi. I followed your instructions and it was very helpful. I purchased a drain hole clog removable tool kit from amazon and it came with a 5' snake which helped unclogged the drain hole.
