Batman isn't a normal human. Hes a master martial artist, master acrobat, master detective, genius level intellect, peak human strength Deathstroke told him that he punches harder than most meta humans and those are humans with powers, he has super reflexes so he's able to Dodge most attacks, he has a mech suit, a tank/car, a plane(all with autopilot except the mech) , has high stamina so he took out the court of owls alone with his hands and only got stabbed a couple times and kept going, he has a super strong will and he has the ability to make serums that give powers according to some comics which isn't shocking cause it's been done before in the DC universe so Batman not doing it or using them are his choice. And because he trained with the league of assassins he has access to the lazoreous pit which heals him from dying if needed but it makes him slightly crazy so he doesn't use it unless that's the best option of healing depends on his situation. He probably promised to never use it again as well though so it depends. So in short Batman is a human that pushes average human limits which makes him full able to fight supers despite his less durable body.

Turns out Alfred has made his detective mode scanner to say unconscious just so that Batman doesn't lose his mind over killing someone, especially after the Joker.
I remember similar story happening to me in Arkham City. I was playing that part of the game where you climb on top of the Gotham tower to get to the Hugo Strange's hideout. As I was hanging on its balcony, I noticed a guard approaching. I tried to do that takedown, when Batman attaches a rope to a guy's leg and pulls him down. But because Batman grabbed this dude through balcony's barrier, the game glitched out and that guard flew several meters away, and since the animation wasn't finished, he didn't have any ropes attached to him. I laughed and couldn't believe that I broke Batman's biggest rule because of a glitch.
