Baron Dark Is A Snarky Skeleton

- This is a villain tribute video consisting of a compilation of scenes featuring one amusing villain from my memories, the sinister skeletal sorcerer and master of the undead, Baron Dark (voiced by the late Philip L. Clarke) from the show, Skeleton Warriors. I found him to be a considerably hilarious while threatening villain because of his focus on turning all life into his undead horde while never losing his mocking sense of "in your face" humor. l hope you enjoy him as much as I did.

What a good villan!
-„Why are you doing this?”
-„Because I Can.”
The only villain who dissed the heroes for having stupid hero names
villains should do that more often
qualivia Keep in mind, this was coming from a guy who called himself "Baron Dark." Not overly subtle.
@@knightofarkronia8652 I don't think he really cares about subtlety
Frankie Nolan But it was still rather hypocritical of him.
@@knightofarkronia8652 he probably knows he's being a hypocrite and doesn't care
"Come now physician, heal thyself."
Fuck that is a good quip. Oldy but goldy.
First time I see anything of this show. Never watched it, unfortunately. But I liked this villain, specially his voice actor. Reminds me of guys like Skeletor and Skullmaster
His VA sounds eerily similar to Chris Ayres, aka Chouji Suitengu from Speed Grapher and Corset from Panty and Stocking.
Bit late, but you can find it on youtube. Its called skeleton warriors
Baron Dark is what happens when Skeletor grows a badass perm and steps up his world-conquering game.
He may have been a snarky skeleton...but at least he knew exactly what he was freaking doing. "Unlike a small list of some certain other bad guys and usurpers I know in this day and age".
Baron Dark is the reason this show was named "Skeleton Warriors". You always give your biggest stars top billing.
The Original Skeleton King. The only difference between the two is the fact that SK was once a good man, who became corrupted by evil. Baron Dark on the other hand was always a monster, and the Darkness only made him worst.
Thanks for another villain video.
Just put Skeletor in there and you have something special.
Just imagine how well Baron dark and Skeletor will get along.
What if skeletor the skeleton king teams up with baron dark
he was a good villain bad to the bone
What am I running for?
What is any of us running for?
Lol he turning everyone into skeletons like a drug
DADA DA DA DA DAAA!
SKELETON WARRIORS!
SKELETON BALL!
Boi she thicc
And then, high in calcium
All dat thiccness gone 😭
Supposing they did make a second series of Skeleton Warriors, I wonder how it would realistically continue. Baron Dark was presumably destroyed at the end of the first series and thus cannot make anymore Skeleton Warriors. Would he somehow, by virtue of some plot twist, return or would Dr Cyborn take center stage as the main villain?
That's a good question. I'd like to think that both Cyborn and Shriek would rule the remaining Warriors, with Shriek actually attempting to establish herself as leader proper while Cyborn was plotting to find a way to resurrect Baron Dark. Considering that Justin's sword was also a piece of the crystal (ass-pull though it was) the writers could have the Skeleton Warriors steal it and have Cyborn make a new device like the Skeletonizer Cannon to channel it's energy to make new Warriors.
He was actually supposed to reappear I heard
I forgot all about this show, oh thank you!
Where do the skeletons keep their half of the light star crystal?
in their base of operation
The video is a bit misleading. Baron Dark got defeated at the end of the series.
The only villain who’s a good boss
Nice to finally have relatable villains
3:53 How the hell is he smacking his lips without lips?
He is evil so he can do what he want, and do it for free.
Magic
The most evil creations of a broken crystal since the Skekses
Picture this: Skeleton-Skeksis
And he cheated Death.
Hard to believe this joker took over Mars
He’s dead to the bones
And they can put thier bones back together
In the future, this would make one interesting live action show on a network.
I love this already
This Series needs a Reboot~
It's so good!
Skeletor’s New Army.
Not in this day and age
Yeah pretty awesome.
Also is that Jennifer Hale and Cam Clarke as the good guys?
Yes on the former since Hale plays the female hero, but no on the latter.
Jeff Bennett voices the lead hero.
@@tayojones9460 Cam was not part of the cast
I know. I was talking about Jeff being the hero.
Don't suppose you can put up Myotismon, Megastron & Starscream (Transformers Prime), and Demona as well, could ya?
Holy shit, this is super cool.
Anyone here who found out about Skeleton Warriors because of Jim Sterling?
The villain is fucking metal.

Why is this the voice of dio
Look lively if you know how.

What is your daily motion account?
Don't have one, yet.
By the way, James. You said you wanted to see the "Master Cyclonis is an Obsessive Oppressor" video again. It's on vimeo now.
Excellent... Do Bakura, Seto Kaiba, DIO/ Dio Brando, Yoshikage Kira Perfect Cell Frieza
Caley I can do that the next time that would you be happy for a new year
A skeliton can't dance they have no body to dance with
They just don't make good villains in kids cartoons like they used too.
Okay odd choice, but have yu considered DOn Carnage from Tailspin?
Nah, he seemed too ineffectual to me. Never managed to really come out on top unlike Shere Khan.
ok fair enough. if Carnage showe dup more i'd request him but well, yeah. he donest have too many shows he can be used on
He was pretty effective In the pilot movie and he is a really fun villain. That said, he was overused and became lass threatening as the series progressed. That's the problem with popular villains. They get overused and lose some of their luster.
Tao, that is true for some, but honestly in the case of others, it's writers who didn't get them. like the guy on my profile, Venom. He and Carnage have the same luster they had when i first met them almost 25 years ago during the 90's animated series. (which was my first exposure ot both heroes and villains) honestly the problem Venom had in the 90's was more of writers not getting hwo the character operated. but that's something that happens t clal characters in the world of comics a some point
Like deadpool?
Betruger
Did I just watch the Republican National Convention?
