What if the arrest and conviction was fully disclosed before the permanent resident card was issued and a waiver of inadmissibility was issued for the crime and status was adjusted in the US. USCIS has all the required documents they need. That being the only crime on record, do you still need to bring in all certified documents for the naturalization interview?

What if I have a deportation in my records? Back in 2003 I was deported to Colombia, given a 10 years bar and I stayed there for 15 years until my green card was approved? Do I need to take any documents with me? My interview is scheduled for December 18; 2023,thank you for your insights

Do you need to acquire an affidavit from a sounding member of the community to prove that you are now a reformed person

I was arrested 10 years ago for a misdemeanor assault and battery charge. That case eventually was dismissed. That was in Los Angeles. Now I live in chicago. How can I obtain certificate of disposition? do I physically need to go to the court in L.A. or can they mail or fax it to me?
