petty arrest can affect you're status you don't know that because you haven't talk to people with that experience!
only attorneys know more about this so its crucial you get an immigration attorney!

Normally BIA AND Federal Court will DEFER/YIELD to USCIS or ICE, if anyone has a good case they should expect good outcome ONLY from U.S. Court of APPEALS.

Hi I just saw a news that the immigration has a new law implemented this year 2020 about the information ask from 1040 TAX FORM in particular of the question “ FOREIGN COUNTRY NAME ‘ Thanks for the video though. . I thought that once they denied a citizenship application the green card holder will be subject to deportation.

    new sub.
I just did my i-90 yesterday and a hefty attorney fee.
but it was nothing like I see people do the i-90 on the USCIS website ,it was a 3 page application and "voila"
after watching tons of videos on how to fill it out and what there asking for for the application, it was over before I knew it.
my question is renewal of a green card do I get another 10 year after filing the i ninety?
now I also learner that I will need my foreign passport so I can go and get my i-551 stamp from making an infopass appointment.
I know it sounds confusing so if anyone has a criminal record to talk to an attorney.

Hi! I went to my interview last week and they told me I couldn’t do my citizenship because I got divorce from my American husband before the 5 years of having my residence. I become a resident in January of 2020 What happens in this case besides them denying my application and me reapplying again 90 days before January 2020? Is there anything I can do so I don’t lose all the money I spent??

@@yaninacabrera131 I RESPECT THIS COUNTRY. BUT IM SORRY AMERICA IS NOT A COUNTRY. AMERICA IS A CONTINENT/S. I KNOW EVERY COUNTRY HAS ITS BORDERS. THE TEACHERS HERE IN THE UNITED STATES DON'T REALLY TEACH THE REAL FACTS OF HISTORY. LET ME EXPLAIN IN THE YEAR 1492 AMIRGO VESPUCCI NAMED THE NEW WORLD "AMERICA" AFTER HIS NAME. THE UNITED STATES WASN'T EVEN A NATION AT THE TIME. THE UNITED STATES BECAME A NATION JULY 4 1776 ALMOST 300 HUNDRED YEARS APART HOW CAN THIS PIECE OF LAND BE AMERICA. LET ME EXPLAIN. THE ONES FROM FRANCE ARE FRENCH, GERMANY ARE GERMANS, POLAND ARE POLISH AND ITALY ARE ITALIANS JUST TO NAME A FEW BUT THEY'RE ALL EUROPEANS BECAUSE THEY'RE FROM THE CONTINENT OF EUROPE. CHINA ARE CHINESE, KOREA ARE KOREANS AND VIETNAM ARE VIETNAMESE BUT THEY'RE ALL ASIANS BECAUSE THE CONTINENT OF ASIA. MEXICO ARE MEXICANS, BRAZIL ARE BRAZILIANS AND CANADA ARE CANADIANS AND WHY UNITED STATES ARE AMERICANS AND BORN IN AMERICA. WHEN MEXICO, BRAZIL AND CANADA WITH 38 OTHER COUNTRIES. THESE COUNTRIES DONT BELONG NOR FOUND NOR LOCATED ON THE CONTINENTS OF ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA, ANTARCTICA NOR EUROPE. THESE COUNTRIES ARE FOUND, BELONG AND LOCATED IN THE AMERICAS OR THE AMERICAN CONTINENT/S. NORTH AMERICA AND SOUTH AMERICA PLUS CENTRAL AMERICA. I KNOW CENTRAL AMERICA ITS NOT A CONTINENT IT BELONGS ON THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT. TAKE OUT THE NORTH, THE SOUTH AND THE CENTRAL. WHAT'S LEFT? AMERICA. I HAVE A QUESTION? THE UNITED STATES IS THE ONLY COUNTRY THAT BELONGS ON THE AMERICAN CONTINENT? OF COURSE NOT BECAUSE THERE IS 41 OTHER COUNTRIES AS WELL. ANOTHER QUESTION? EXAMPLE IF THE UNITED STATES TAKES OVER CANADA NOW CANADA BELONGS IN AMERICA WHEN ITS FOUND ON THE AMERICAN CONTINENT/S? THAT MAKES NO SENSE! I UNDERSTAND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BUT THAT REALLY MEANS UNITED STATES OF THE CONTINENT OF AMERICA. I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION? HOW THE UNITED STATES GOT THE NAME AMERICA FROM? OF COURSE FROM THE CONTINENT OF AMERICA. SO WHY THE PEOPLE BORN IN OTHER COUNTRIES ON AMERICAN CONTINENT ARE NOT BORN IN AMERICA. WHEN ITS BEEN NAMED ALMOST 3 CENTURIES WAY BEFORE UNITED STATES BECAME A NATION. THE ENGLISH CAME TO THE AMERICAN CONTINENT NOT A COUNTRY IN THE YEAR 1607 WHAT IS NOW JAMESTOWN VIRGINIA. ANY ONE ON THE AMERICAN CONTINENT ITS AN AMERICAN. NORTH AMERICAN, SOUTH AMERICAN AND CENTRAL AMERICAN. THE UNITED STATES IS USING A NAME OF A CONTINENT TO ITS CITIZENS. THE REAL NAME FOR THE CITIZENS OF THIS COUNTRY THE UNITED STATES IS U.S. CITIZENS. BECAUSE THE TEACHERS HERE DON'T REALLY TEACH THE REAL FACTS. HOW CAN IT BE THAT OTHER PEOPLE COME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES KNOW MORE ABOUT THEIR NATIVE COUNTRY PLUS THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD AS WELL. BUT INDEED THE PEOPLE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES DON'T REALLY KNOW THERE OWN COUNTRY. THEY ARGUE AND ARGUE BECAUSE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE ITS SAD AND SHAME AT THE SAME TIME BUT ITS TRUE. I ONLY SPEAK THE FACTS. GOD BLESS.
