Thought I'd redo one of the earliest covers I made three and a half years ago, since I'm no longer happy with a lot of the older stuff I've put out. Hopefully you can hear an improvement over the original ( th-cam.com/video/dxHdNXWOknc/w-d-xo.html )!

This sounds very faithful from source material, something I've been looking for since years ago. I love it.
This is a really good cover imo. Retains the feeling of the old one. Keeps the mysterious chimes, the sinister piano and the badass guitar. Castlevania clock tower themes are killer.
I low key want to mod Smash Bros Ultimate and put some of your Castlevania songs in there, there's never enough Castlevania music .

It took this version of the song for me to realize how much it echoes The Tragic Prince from SotN, it's really awesome the almost throwback for the same area.

I also agree with these other guys saying this is the best coverof the music.
For me what sells it in particular is how it mantains the power and rhythm of the guitar at 0:36.
The rest of it also aims at granting the music a better quality while retaining the feeling you get from the original one. A very well done work.

Truly, I had really hoped that this one would make it in Smash. But I can't complain because we got really good ones like Awake and Cross Your Heart.

Probably half of the best Castlevania tracks are in Smash. Why so few from SOTN? It literally has Symphony in the title, and that's no accident.

Lol wat? I’m pretty I’m not proficient at making videos, but it didn’t really require any coding or anything complicated, just switching out audio files
Are these the GBA ROMs? I'm pretty sure the music exists in MIDI format within the ROM if that's the case, which means it would take much more work than simply switching out audio files. Could be wrong, though.

I love this version but the problem I have with it is that you really drown out the piano in sections where it was really prominent in the original GBA song, the piano at 1:16 in particular stands out to me as really drowned out. Still a good cover, the guitar work is great in this.
