    I was just this video's one thousandth like, and I just subscribed. My husband just bought me a step I can use at home, and this is the very first video of yours I've done. I am SO THANKFUL you have put this out there for us. I'm a breast cancer survivor, finished up treatments the end of 2023, and 2024 is the year I'm getting my life back.     You were WAY braver then I would've been!! 😳🕷
    I was so pumped to be LIVE and doing exceptionally well with Intermediate moves👍 only to lose power halfway in😢😢 but I became a part of the AfterParty and did a do over later.
    There was a time I would've avoided "intermediate" Step as I have two left feet and a very low patience level😂 but being with you for nearly 3 years has changed that, Chris. Thank you for giving me the motivation and confidence to step out of my comfort zone. I had a BLAST with this one and Mr. Spider was great entertainment 😂

    This is the first “intermediate” step I’ve done. Thank you, Chris, for starting it with “focus on what you CAN do” because that’s exactly what I did. I finished the video and I’m so proud of myself. By the end, I had all of the moves down. All because you said “focus on what you CAN do”. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
    PS I just turned 37. Jelly head is one of my favorite songs and I have the club mix ‘97 double cd 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Loved this workout! It was slow enough that I could keep up and even catch up if I had a misstep in the routine. Loved your comments about spidey.     I did this step today…loved it and kept up with the routine all the way through even when you fell apart because of your resident spider and friend 🕷️🕷️!! I’m definitely at intermediate level now and for the time being that pace is also good for me too 👌👌

    That was fun. I love intermediate classes at a slower pace! Coming back from a knee injury I did this on the floor and it actually made some things more mentally challenging. (like straddle after kick - something I don't normally have a problem with, but something about doing it without the bench seemed harder). This, like the dishwasher class, is an instant classic.🕷

    Thanks, Chris! During Saturday's step class, I had a centipede hanging around my step. I was definitely kept an eye on that thing and managed to avoid squishing it while doing around the world. Joys of exercising in the basement!

Every morning my alarm goes off and I don't want to workout-BUT then I remind myself that I get to do a CDorner workout and that gets me up!     A very effective and engaging workout. Step aerobics has always been one of my favourite cardio classes, but you are definitely the best step instructor and trainer I have met. I have found your channel as I was looking for an online step class during the pandemic and since I have found you I have become addicted to your weekly class schedule and workouts.     Pushed myself to do an intermediate workout after month's of doing beg-intermediate moves. I'm so glad I did. Time flew by. I really enjoyed the choreography. Messed up a few times, but chuffed with my first attempt 😊

    Love your protective spider stance! A man recently came to my 85 year old mom's front door offering to get rid of her mosquitos and spiders and she said "NO! NOT my spiders!" As we sat on the floor rewrapping her cat's scratching post she pointed out the hard working spiders she loves. Thanks for these great intermediate workouts. They make perfect little pick me ups when my energy is dragging!

    Today I was planning on doing a longer hour of step and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately went for a walk with my puppy before hand who decided to just lay on the floor and let another dog pee on his head, so I came home and had to give him a bath which he hates and tweaked my back in the process.
    It didn't hurt too bad and I felt I needed to move to work it out, so I decided to do this shorter video to keep moving and loved this slower and shorter workout which really helped my ease back today!
    SO, long story short, love the variety of workouts you offer, they are always fun and sweaty no matter what they are!
    Thank you for another fab workout Chris - I also couldn't take my eyes off that spider the whole time! 😂

    thank you thank you. You are a ROCK STAR, if we can see that spider than it's a HUGE SPIDER. Burned 266 active calories Avg heart RATE 146 BPM topped out at 165! I'm dripping!

    I’m discovering that I’m an intermediate pro when I do the 128 BPM! I think I’ll try one at 133 next. Also, why am I so afraid of the 60 minute step? I’m gonna have to go for it soon. 😅 Thank you for another great workout! Also, I couldn’t stop looking at that spider!!!! 🕷️
