In this short video I will show the process and ease of replacing rusted out burners on the Ducane gas grill only tool needed is a #2 Phillip's screwdriver hope it helps thanks for watching.
Thank you! I just got the same set for my grill just like yours, and didn't even notice those screws in the front. If I hadn't watched this video I might have taken out the wrong ones, and still not have made any progress. Well done!
Great video. Thanks for the information. Minor suggestion - just loosen (don't remove) the bottom 2 screws. This should permit the front to rotate enough to allow replacement of the burners.
That is a very good question and since you asked I just went out and looked at mine and mine looks to be fine but maybe you could take some measurements and go by a metal/welding and see if they have a piece of stainless steel sheet metal scrap or something and that you could get and replace the one that you have and lowes and home depot has steel sheet metal.
I have the same exact grill and just recently rebuilt mine as well, after years of not using it. It really is a well made grill, hard to find full stainless steel grill nowadays.
@@krassimirpetrov7131 I agree. Weber bought out Ducane years ago, but I’m no fan of Weber. When you installed your new burner tubes, do you know if the air shutter’s were set to wide open? My originals were wide open, so I set the replacement tubes the same way.
Thank you!

I have the same model, but the plate below burners have holes in them. Any ideas to repair it. Or can i use aluminum foil to cover it

Ducane was right , buy your last grill first , I just rebuilt mine for $26 on Amazon it’s back up and running better than new
What's for dinner now that's back in service?

@@shane6284 I think my replacement ones were 3/4 or so. I had to mess with it a bit until the flame looked blue and not orange.

Burners dont just "pull out." Your camera work was worthless.
