Pretty sure he used a synthesised lawnmower in this track, as well as in The Only Thing They Fear Is You. He used a synthesised Chainsaw in Cultist Base. It could be one or the other or a mixture of both, who knows. The man's a wizard haha
It's only that way because the first releases of the soundtrack weren't Mick Gordon's mix and were instead the ingame versions where the music is made to dynamically change with what the player is doing

i swear to god, I'm pretty sure the song mick got the inspiration for the main guitar section is "bulls on parade" by rage against the machine. i was right about the inspiration for the background guitar for BFG division being "seizure of power" by Marilyn Manson.
