Unfortunately, that was where the fun began....
My suspicion is that Katooni managed to escape from the temple, but was unable to save any of the other younglings, making her way to the underwold of Coruscant. Where she hid until happening across Hondo who had switched to smuggling after his piracy was force to an end by the young Empire. She serves in his crew for a while, but after she notes that her presence started attracting the attention of Imperial inquisitors, elected to leave the crew for Hondo's sake, inspiring him to name a ship after her.
It’s reasonable to assume that most of the Younglings were killed by clones and Anakin at the time of Order 66, and it would be unfortunate if Younglings like Gungi were also dead since Force sensitive Wookiee’s were a rare find.
We did see them training at the Jedi temple while Anakin was fighting Barris Offee. I do think that means there’s a good chance they were still there. :(
Katooni was my favourite of them. Her dynamic with Hondo was great. I hope all escaped order 66
Imagine if one of them came back as an Inquisitor and how heartbreaking it would be.
I have always wondered what happened to Professor Hyuang, the droid who helped the younglings create their lightsabers, after Order 66?
They probably had masters and we're fighting on other planets by the end of The Clone Wars so maybe they escaped like Cal.
It would be cool if they survived and then we might see them in fallen order 2
While I would guess most of the younglings were at the temple and died when it fell but its possible some may have escaped. We saw one nearly make it out before he was shot by clones while Bail Organa watched. Its possible a few may have made it out and hid in the Coruscant underworld. The main options for these kids is death, captured and made into Inquisitors, or escaped and hid. I would really like a story showing exactly what happened them.
Since the younglings we saw in the clone wars seem to be a bit older than those we see Anakin slaughter in the council chamber, what if the ones we know were those bodies Obi Wan and Yoda first encounter upon returning into the temple?

Hondo named his ship 'Katooni' so probably she survived order66 and somehow encountered with Hondo again
That youngling that looks like Greedo could be the same youngling we see in Trilla's flashback, in Jedi Fallen Order.

I have been wondering about this for awhile,ever since season 7 ended.
Wow this is such an aweaome video! I had wondered what happened to them at one time, but then totally forgot about it and just never thought about it again, until I saw this video. At the time there was no one talkin about it, so right on for making this.
