I am new to home brew but though I would give it a try & will be doing various kits, unboxing new equipment, sanitizing & bottleing. So all aspects of home brewing.

Excellent video and a beer I enjoy. They sometimes have them on offer at Lidl . I have a recipe for this in the Camra book and I intend brewing it at some point. I hope you are recovering from your accident. Cheers my mate!

Just had a hip replacement nearly2 weeks ago, and i have 5 beers and a cider to brew,choking at the bit to get back into production,i have 2 gallon of mead fermenting, might have a look in the fermenting chamber tomorrow,and off most of my medication,so i might have a taste. later marra.
Sounds like you have a bit of healing to do before lifting those fermenters Les, but good luck and hope you get well soon mate, Cheers and let me know how you get on :)
