The issue basically is that he's not signed the Vakalth. He claims falsely that he's an LL.M.from Sikkim Manipal University, that too, from Distance Learning. A simple G-search reveals that such a Course is not available in that University. He's no Certificate to prove that. Even though he's an LL.B, he's cheating the public by claiming that he's an LL. M., which he's not.

Just because of Alien language (English) he was not able to express his thoughts. As far as I know SMU used to offer LLM course in distance mode.
But let's now jump into any conclusion right now. Simple verification of his degree from his University can prove whether he is right or wrong.

This is the communication and skill of lawyers and we say we have many lawyers but no justice to people. Lawyers pedigree needs to be extremely good for handling this kind of issues. People dont join LLB for the name sake.

One of the reasons for the growth of such frauds is that there are fools like you to salute his "confidence". He does not show any confidence. He was foolish enough to think that the judge will not care about the appearing counsel's qualification and such things. And you call it courage! Have you ever gone to school?
