Super Minimalist Wallet - Leather Craft

- In this leather craft video I make a simple minimalist card wallet from one single piece of natural vegetable tanned leather. But simple does not need to be boring, so I added some tooled border designs and a cool purple and black color scheme to help liven up what is otherwise a very simple wallet. The wallet is capable of holding up to three or four cards and has a convenient thumb slot on the backside to help with access. The pattern dimensions are available at the end of the video for anyone who may want to make one for themselves. I hope you enjoy the video!

Thank you. Unfortunately I don’t have an accurate time due to all the time I spend filming for the video. That seems to triple the work time.

I don’t think it would take more than two evenings. And only that long so that the leather can dry after tooling.

I'm curious, why the tape during the stamping?
It prevents the leather from stretching and disfiguring while stamping.
