    2gr salt 소금 塩
    55gr cool water 물 水
    *** Main dough:
    150gr bread flour 12% protein 제빵 용 밀가루 パン粉
    2gr instant yeast 누룩 酵母
    1gr salt 소금 塩
    1 medium egg (from 60gr - 62gr with shell) + cool water = 100gr 계란 卵 + 물 水
    5gr vegetable oil 식물성 기름 植物油
