Totally agree, they put out the pumps and have their own mom cozy fan group where they are probably getting so much feedback to redesign a pump or design a whole new pump I have the m6 and it's been reliable for the most part. Before that, my only wearable was the legendairy milk Imani 1. The comparison is just a Slimmer cup size and much less Parts with the mom cozy. I think there are more economical options out there that do the same. The only thing, this is a bit of a Slimmer design than the wearables I've tried since. As far as getting parts, they're increasing the cost of their parts, paying the same price for half the amount According to some gals if you order from the website there's a little ticker tape that says you can get the parts in 3 to 5 days. Well lo and behold it's like 3 weeks. Not good for someone who might have torn a valve
As of now, you can’t buy any replacement parts for the m6. I was willing to fork out the money assuming I’d get no help with the warranty until I noticed you can’t buy replacement parts for extra sets. Moms need the ability to have extra sets of cups. Absolute deal breaker for me.
I actually bought another set of pumps from mercari where one of the Motors didn't work just so I could have the replacement parts. It's pretty bad to have to get this desperate
I have the m6 n s9. I put my s9 in the reg dishwasher n messed the cup up bought a replacement cup to use this time. My son put my m6 together in the regular dishwasher all together. I bought the dishwasher for my pumps n bottles. Even though they say can go in the dishwasher on the top rack.
so happy this came out!!!!! but i seen motif just came out with a pump that looks like the m6. but also has 2 modes aside from the stimulation and expression which is the general (i believe this is the combined stim/express) and cluster feeding pump session (they call it a mini power pump session)..... will that be reviewed any time soon? also includes a light and extra silicone inserts for smaller nips.
I bought the M9 and it doesn’t empty my breasts. I pull 2.5 ounces from each breast with my Medela pump in style. After every pump with the M9 I pull another half ounce or more from each breast in about 10 mins with my Medela pump. I’m still experimenting with the M9 to find a combination of modes that works for me. But I did order the closest thing Medela has to a wearable pump so I’ll see how that works, too.

I’ve got the Motif Aura Glow on the way! I’ll post about it when I check it out :)
