Strangely enough yes when it’s dark the stage lighting is amazing The intruder tour was awesome. I watched it in Plymouth and Gary told me that that was the first time the whole set had been used because of the stage size so good practice for the London gig. Last years Acoustic tour was very different, obviously not loud synths etc but the lighting set was still there but it didn’t need to be brash!!!! Just gentle like the acoustic sound 😹😹😹

Thanks for posting 👍....but for me, sadly these current live versions of PP are what I've come to expect from Gary nower days...they just seem so empty it's shame with bit more effort these iconic song could be amazing played live... i know it can be achieved because recently i have heard live versions of PP songs played more powerful and true to the originals by another band There seems little appetite or desire from the Numan camp to pursue this - The performance at Cruel World '24 is similar to what Gary did on his PP 2009 tour, 15yrs have past since then and nothing much has changed😕

Vocals barely audible. Poor sequencing putting Conversation, Observer back to back at the end of the set, quite the lull. Daughters stood there inaudible looking awkward. And this is why I don’t do outdoor festivals.
Well obviously your opinion counts and normall the concerts happen at night and the lights show is far better and as for bringing his three daughter on stage well that his choice I had to see them all in a few week only met Ade, Paul, Gemma and Raven plus the crew in the bar afterwards. Hopefully thing will improve for you
Well he only had 45 mins and was asked to perform the pleasure principal album. The uk 45 tour will he both replicas and the pleasure principal. So slot of these track haven’t be performed in a long time he has a name of rehearsal being done !!!!!

Entertaining thought that the songs being performed were 45 yrs old, a time before Gary knew Gemma his wife and their mother! So just a few facts for you, please do some reading up before posting a comment like yours.
@@jamesshepherd4666 I’m aware of all that, I was saying I would have rearranged the 10 tracks and place Observer and Conversation earlier and broken up by more lively tunes like Films, Metal etc so there wasn’t a such for 15 minutes before Cars. I’ve seen PP live in a proper tour and agree it will be better with a longer set and ability to dip into the other classic tracks.
Goodness that was so disappointing. Appalling graphics on screen, zero atmosphere, no crowd enthusiasm, and Numan ( to me ) looks disinterested. I still don't understand why he drags the 3 daughters on stage , standing there not fully knowing what to do If he doesn't have a proper power point set up for the UK shows this could fall very flat in it's face.
Nah the crowd was plenty enthusiastic, may not show in the video, but the crowd ate it up. Only noticeable setback was the one wtf moment I won't specify out of respect.

It was during the day so obviously his fantastic lights show would work and it’s a stage performance with the sound not set up fully for his needs. As for his hair could do with a trim. I’ll tell him that when I meet him at the end of May!!!!!

Truly talented young ladies. Not at all the massive load of sht which I mistakenly thought it was at first. Thank you James for helping me see the truth and reflect on my poor judgement.
