Since i got my first dd wheel gt dd pro (8nm), and maining MClaren evo for so long, i'm able to catch every single slide on that car. I can't remember last time i spon out, after some time it became so natural to me, now i dont even need to think about catching the slide, it became second nature to me. But really good video and explanation!
Sometimes I setup the nsx to have a nice slow slide tendency and I can get through double apex hairpins pretty fast, but that car requires abuse to spin out, it's so well balanced.
Well this is great info. Just like I saw you talk about the Porsche 991. I drove it for 12 hours. Since then I have been able to catch about 80 percent of the slides in every other car. I'm a little bit better than beginner in sim . I watch videos all the time several of you guys. I get very good information from you and 2 other. Thanks for doing what you do
Well the reason is the space that i have. But my rig is complete costum made 0% flex only a tine flex in the seat i will make a video about this at some point
@@SimracingArnout aaah, ok then. Makes sense. For myself though, I noticed a difference in my braking feel and performance from having my seat flush to a wall so that it cannot possible flex backwards at all and I realised it was due to some residual flex in my chair/rig. I would be very curious to know if perhaps it would actually be the same for you with a small test.
I learned all I needed about oversteer from ol Doc Hudson when he was teaching Speed McQueen a thing or two about a thing or two... th-cam.com/video/zUWtaw5Fra8/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared

Dd definitely helps sir. Strange how oversteering and saving your car can come so automatically that you don't think about it anymore
Great video and explanation, thanks for the setup tips to make this easy to practice.
nice , What a performance Mate I’m saving this one 💪🏻
Thanx mate! Glad you like this one

that must be satisfying
For most it isnt about oversteer or understeer lol its about throttle control and brake sometimes.
I don't really spin quite often but I'll save this video for later use hahaha
Haha always good to have some backup info

Great video as always. Keep it up very helpful. I need to set up a RsR 911 do you have any suggestions?
Ooeh that car I wasn't driving actually. Maybe something to ask when i do a setup live stream again
I definitely will. Thank you
Also thank you for the wonderful tips on the Ferrari the last stream with me much appreciated and help a TON...
@@Jimtastic33 happy to hear that mate!
Do you have your seat touching the wall so that there is no flex of the seat when pressing the brakes?
Well the reason is the space that i have. But my rig is complete costum made 0% flex only a tine flex in the seat i will make a video about this at some point

Oh yeah mate every mm of flex is hurting your preformance in a lot of ways
