Jailing a man for speaking against the westernization of the Muslim capital then throwing low balls at him and insinuating that he’s doing khurooj is a new low. I didn’t expect that from you. all badr did was call people to strengthen their faith and in the video about the Arab spring all he did was summarize the situation. Instead of attacking the man at such a low moment why don’t you make dua that he gets back to him family safely.

no that's not true, these people he's talking about have already destroyed Libya, Syria and Egypt is trying to recover. you're making it seem like he just wants to correct the evil, when it's absolutely far from true.

There's literally a clip doing public khurooj on muslim rulers and calling them cowards and encouraging people to protest. If it's all about warning against haram then saleh al fawzan would've been jailed decades ago.

Speaking without knowledge is a new low too. You have no idea why they allegedly arrested him, yet you speculate "Oh, the reason is so and so, and this is unfair". None of the preachers Saudi Arabia has arrested was undeserving, alhamdulillah.
The video Shaykh Faris has brought of Badr Al-Mishari is clear Khurooj, خروج بالقول. The evidence is from Hadeeth about Dhil-Khuwaysirah. The description of the Khawarij came from someone who has objected by speech. He is criticizing in public, and that is also against the command of the Messenger
"speaking against the westernization of the Muslim capital" is just emotional charging. Salman Al-Ouda, Safr Al-Hawali, Sa'ad Al-Faqih, Al-Mas'ari, and the like have always been "speaking against the westernization of the Muslim capital" way before, under the noses of Shaykh ibn Baaz and ibn Uthaymeen. Way before any "westernization" happened. Saudi Arabia has been dealing those preachers of the Sahwa since for calling for khurooj and causing disruption in the same manner. They've dealt with them in a proper deserving manner back then, and they still do today.
The only difference is what you hear, and it is all أخبار مجهولة either from the west themself (the reputaton-washing propaganda machine) or the pseudo-islamist innovator cults of Ikhwaan and Surooriyyah, or some random مجهول لا ندري ما حاله. Conspiracy theories and قيل وقال.
والله الأمر كما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ وهل يكب الناس على وجوههم في النار إلا حصائد ألسنتهم!

@@sbzush did I mention anything about it being unfair you seem to think everything in white and black. I've listen to badr for while and he's never stated anything that is indicating to khurooj this guy is clearly insinuating such things about him without know anything himself. badr never attacked any ruler publicly he is legit making dua for the rulers publicly and telling Muslims to strengthen their faith by reading Quran and sunnah while this faris guy has been exposed for saying the "palestinians betrayed themselves" then tried to do damage control by turning it on hamas. he has also been exposed for attacking Egypt Muslim rulers and calling normalization of ties with israel forgetting his Muslim brothers there. "they've dealt with them in a proper deserving manner back then, and they still do today" sure by threatening them and arresting them for what crime? saying that we shouldn't celebrate west holidays and traditions such as Halloween. if you think I will get thrown in the hell fire for stating such things then I legit got nothing else to say to you but JAZAKALLAH khair

(Such are the rebellious.) about two groups among the Jews.
[Bare in mind that the jews at that time did not have their own state]
      [...]
Ali bin Abi Talhah also stated that Ibn `Abbas commented on Allah's statement,
      وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers,) "Whoever rejects what Allah has revealed, will have committed Kufr, and whoever accepts what Allah has revealed, but did not rule by it, is a Zalim (unjust) and a Fasiq (rebellious) and a sinner." Ibn Jarir recorded this statement.
Abdur-Razzaq said, "Ma`mar narrated to us that Tawus said that Ibn `Abbas was asked about Allah's statement,
      وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم
(And whosoever does not judge...) He said, `It is an act of Kufr.' Ibn Tawus added, `It is not like those who disbelieve in Allah, His angels, His Books and His Messengers.' Ath-Thawri narrated that Ibn Jurayj said that `Ata' said, `There is Kufr and Kufr less than Kufr, Zulm and Zulm less than Zulm, Fisq and Fisq less than Fisq."' Waki` said that Sa`id Al-Makki said that Tawus said that,

We can’t generalize and group people like that and call them kuffar, that’s ignorance.
Dressing up for something is celebrating it, period, no sugar-coating please.
What needed to be done was to stop that event immediately, investigate who started that satanic nonsense and punish them accordingly.
As for concerts and investing millions into soccer players, that’s opening the doors of evil. People start idolizing these singers and soccer players, which slowly gets to the point of worshipping them (soccer fanatics in the west got to the point where they’re claiming Messi is god astaghfiruLlah.)
Enjoining in good and forbidding evil does not mean riot and make khuruj.
As muslims we don’t play games with this stuff. It’s a slippery slope. You know the story of how the people of Noah (AS) fell into shirk. It all started with over-glorifying pious people and ended in shirk.
May Allah guide the Ummah and protect it from the fitan.

It his been narrated through a different chain of transmitters, on the authority of Hudhaifa b. al-Yaman who said:-
“Messenger of Allah, no doubt, we had an evil time (i. e. the days of Jahiliyya or ignorance) and God brought us a good time (i. e. Islamic period) through which we are now living Will there be a bad time after this good time? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Yes. I said: Will there be a good time after this bad time? He said: Yes. I said: Will there be a bad time after good time? He said: Yes. I said: How? Whereupon he said: There will be leaders who will not be led by my guidance and who will not adopt my ways? There will be among them men who will have the hearts of devils in the bodies of human beings. I said: What should I do. Messenger of Allah, if I (happen) to live in that time? He replied: 🔴You will listen to the Amir and carry out his orders; even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey.🔴" Sahih Muslim 1847

Private advice of the rulers is the correct way, the way of the sunnah. Public criticism and hate will only lead to further corruption and disruption of peace in the land.

@@taimurahmad I do think that that hadith forbidding rebellion is taken to next level by the bootlickers (madkhalis). I agree it prohibits rebellion against Muslims rulers but saying "only private admonition is allowed" comes from where? It's merely the opinion of these people, not something directly stated in the hadith (as far as I know, correct me if I am wrong!)
Umm Salamah (Hind bint Abi Umayyah Hudhayfah) (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There shall be rulers in charge of you, and you will approve and disapprove. So anyone who hates shall be absolved, and anyone who denies shall be safe, except for those who approve and comply." They said: ''O Messenger of Allah, shall we not fight them?'' He replied: "No, so long as they establish prayer among you."
      Sahih/Authentic. - [Muslim]
      Explanation
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) informs us that rulers will be installed in power over Muslims. Some of their deeds will conform with the laws of Islam while others will not. So, the Muslim who hates their evil deeds in his heart without being able to announce that for fear of oppression shall be absolved of sin. The one who can deny their evil with the actions of his hand or the words of his tongue shall also be safe from bearing sin. However, the one who approves of their evildoing in his heart and follows them in committing it shall be doomed just like them. The Companions then asked the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) whether they should fight those rulers, and he said: "No, so long as they establish prayers among you."
It's clear from the above hadith that we have to hate their evil actions. One evidence of that hate is that we publicly denounce such evils as long as it doesn't lead to rebellion. Just private admonition gives the oppressive rulers the confidence to carry out whatever evil they want. They will assume that they got some kind of religious authority to do it, because nobody will dare to criticize them. And I believe there is a limit to the application of this hadith. If the ruler crosses all boundaries in oppression, then rebellion is probably the only way out. You don't throw away your common sense & obey rulers who take away your wives & daughters & rape them?
The funny fact is that the Wahhabis who now use this hadith to quell any rebellion are the ones who rebelled first against the Muslim Ottoman rulers. All opportunism.

    • @BinuJasim
      @BinuJasim ปีที่แล้ว +1

@masudsaleh5155 I did. I can't find anything in the hadith which says don't criticize Muslim rulers. These court scholars are saying that thing which they fail to bring any evidence. Rather we have the likes of Imam Abu Hanifa who went to jail for standing up for truth against the rulers.

@@taimurahmadThere is a hadith where the sahabi abu said al khudri was even pulling the garment of the ruler, marwan ibn al hakam. What about that? is he a khariji now? May Allah save us against the fitna of the madakhila.
Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to proceed to the Musalla on the days of Id-ul-Fitr and Id-ul-Adha; the first thing to begin with was the prayer and after that he would stand in front of the people and the people would keep sitting in their rows. Then he would preach to them, advise them and give them orders, (i.e. Khutba). And after that if he wished to send an army for an expedition, he would do so; or if he wanted to give and order, he would do so, and then depart. The people followed this tradition till I went out with Marwan, the Governor of Medina, for the prayer of Id-ul-Adha or Id-ul-Fitr. When we reached the Musalla, there was a pulpit made by Kathir bin As-Salt. Marwan wanted to get up on that pulpit before the prayer. I got hold of his clothes but he pulled them and ascended the pulpit and delivered the Khutba before the prayer. I said to him, "By Allah, you have changed (the Prophet's tradition)." He replied, "O Abu Sa`id! Gone is that which you know." I said, "By Allah! What I know is better than what I do not know." Marwan said, "People do not sit to listen to our Khutba after the prayer, so I delivered the Khutba before the prayer."

If ppl of Palestine for example wants SA to attack the Zionists with military force they need to swear their allegiance to the Saudi ruler. We ppl in the Arabian peninsula do this each 5 years, all tribal leaders gather in one place nd do Bayha to our leader. We don’t attack other countries because some of their rulers r doing sins. It’s not our business because our allegiance is not to them. What about the famous incident where Umar ibn khatab (r) whilst given khutba was accounted on a extra piece of clothing garment by Salman al farsi(r). Salman alfarsi(r) exposed him and accounted him and said we won’t hear and obey you, you have oppressed the ummah by taking 2piece of clothes garment and given the rest of the ummah one price of garment!
To which the son of Umar ibn khatab explained it was his garment that he had given to his father. Then Salman al farsi(r) said we will now hear and we will obey Aminul Mumineen.
So if they the sahaba that knew Quran and sunnah the best and exposed publicly and accounted on a matter over a price of clothes
Then what about the zalimoon fasiqoon who steal billions of the ummahs wealth and spend on shirk kufr Xmas Halloween and on war with Muslimeen of blessed Yemen but u don’t see them doing war with enemies of Allah swt the zionistYahudis and liberating saving sacred masjid al Aqsa and ummah of that blessed land?

Does the Quran says obey a tyrant ruler?
My understanding of the Quran is that it is against tyranny without exception.
Furthermore, was abd rahman son of abu bakr ra a khariji for rebelling against uthman ra? Was the founder of abbasid caliphate a khariji for toppling the ummayad? Is the egyptian president a khariji for toppling morsi? Is the current president of pakistan a khariji for toppling imran khan? Is khariji blood halal?
By the way the saudi scholars who were imprisoned did not even rebel but only critisized the ruler.

Islam has some called Khilafs where the most righteous like abubakar, umer, ali and uthman rules. Islam doesn’t have monarchies where Al saud family are kings and literally own the people, did that women NOT stand in front of umer (ra) and called him out in public when he was the ruler? This is not an Islamic government, this is a kingship which come elsewhere. In Islam we have something called khilafah, not kings like salam that jailed 200 members of his family and took out the king of power and came into power, and killed people that spoke against him like that journalist. I’m against liberalism and trying to bring a reform to Islam. I’m gonna stick to the original Islam of the sahabah where the khalifah was the most righteous and chosen by the most righteous people to rule!

“Saudi Arabia jails scholars who speak truth”-is a regular propaganda employed by the Ikhwaanis and the Khawarij groups.
HRH Prince Turki al-Faisal narrated an incident in his book Afghanistan Files. During 1990s, one of his sisters was heading a charity organization, which was quietly pushing more public role for women in the society.
So a cleric in a mosque in Riyadh, referred to that group as a “whorehouse”, during the Friday sermon.
When Prince got the news, he reached the mosque and demanded proofs for his claim, and issued stern warning if he couldn’t produce any.
Eventually, the cleric couldn’t get any proof, so action was taken against him.
Ikhwaanis don’t let you know things in and out. All they cry is-since the cleric spoke truth, he was detained.
There are various such clerics who misused their position and tried to incite common public against the state, and spoke things against the public interest.
In fact, we should appreciate the Saudi authorities for blocking such loose-tongued clerics who cause disturbance, sedition and violence in the society. Unlike other countries, where they hide behind “freedom of speech” and spread filth!
So the next time, when you hear such claim. Make sure to double-check and dig out the matter. I am sure you will find something else, in fact, opposite to what the Ikhwaanis say.

    Narrated Thawban:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Allah, the Exalted, folded for me the earth, or he said (the narrator is doubtful): My Lord folded for me the earth, so much so that I saw its easts and wests (i.e. the extremities). The kingdom of my community will reach as far as the earth was floded for me. The two treasures, the red and the white, were bestowed on me. I prayed to my Lord that He may not destroy my community by prevailing famine, and not give their control to an enemy who annihilates then en masse except from among themselves. My Lord said to me: Muhammad, If I make a decision, it is not withdrawn ; and I shall not destroy them by prevailing famine, and I shall not give their control to an enemy, except from among themselves, who exterminates them en masse, even if they are stormed from all sides of the earth ; only a section of them will destroy another section, and a section will captive another section. I am afraid about my community of those leaders who will lead astray. When the sword is used among my people, it will not be withdrawn from them till the Day of Resurrection, and the Last Hour will not come before the tribes of my people attach themselves to the polytheists and tribes of my people worship idols. There will be among my people thirty great liars each of them asserting that he is (Allah's) prophet, where as I am the seal of the Prophet (ﷺ) s after whom (me) there will be no prophet ; and a section of my people will continue to hold to the truth - (according to the Ibn Isa's version: (will continue to dominate) - the agreed version goes: "and will not be injured by those who oppose them, till Allah's command comes."

prophesy by prophet Mohammed pbuh: In an explicit hadith about the forms of governance the Muslim nation would experience, Ḥudhayfa b. al-Yamān (rA) reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, “Prophethood will remain amongst you for as long as Allah wishes. Then Allah will remove it whenever He wishes to remove it, and there will be a caliphate upon the prophetic methodology. It will last for as long as Allah wishes it to last, then Allah will remove it whenever He wishes to remove it. Then there will be an abiding dynasty, and it will remain for as long as Allah wishes it to remain. Then Allah will remove it whenever He wishes to remove it. Then there will be tyrannical (forceful) kingship, and it will remain for as long as Allah wishes it to remain. Then He will remove it whenever He wishes to remove it, and then there will be a caliphate upon the prophetic methodology.”33

A man from the Khawarij came to Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, and he said, “What do you say about the rebels?” Hasan said, “They are seekers of the world.” The man said, “Why do you say that when one of them goes out with his spear until it breaks and he leaves his family and children?” Hasan said, “Tell me about the ruler. Does he prevent you from establishing prayer, giving charity, and performing the pilgrimage?” The man said no. Hasan said, “As I see it, he has only prevented you from seeking the world and you have fought him for it.”

JazakAllahu khayr for speaking out on this. The bulk of muslim laymen are deceived with the 'saudi are jailing the ulema' narrative and literally many of them went to the extent of doing takfeer on them. Funny thing is most of those people do not even apply the shari'ah in their own homes yet want Umar as a leader for them. They complain about the rulers and circumstances but never once blame themselves for their negligence on the deen.

According to the shari'ah whoever fornicates with the same gender and is caught with 4 witnesses if executed. So ahlul lut can be present in Saudi aslong they don't expose themselves. Regarding 10K to fulfill hadj, what does the government have to do with it? Its the Hotels what cost so much. Mecca and madinah is so filled last years it is becoming crazy. Ofcourse the price will skyrocket with the number of Muslims doing hadj these days. The Muslim count hadj went by at least x 4 times in the last few years. Every year many Muslims get free hadj, universities are free, education is free. Only slander Saudi meanwhile people don't follow sharia in their homes.@@MenkIsAMubtadiiDeobandi

As grave worshippers you have no share of Islam (generally, not specifying anyone), you should be worried about your akhirah. Ironically the Saudi Rulers are raised upon tawhid and that's why you see saudi legislating to prevent shirk from spreading in their society. Even non Muslims recognise this and they called the gulf rulers 'wahhabis'.

May Allah swt keep us on the right path InshaAllah. While we all commend the Saudi government for being the guardians of our Holy cities MashaAllah. This by the Grace of Allah swt. Although the costs in us taking these trips to Saudi is increasingly expensive and very often done with life earnings of people taking these journeys to the Holy Cities. In the same breath we cannot help but ignore the very same government opening up our Holy cities to Non Muslims , who blatantly chance fate by walking around and pretend to be Muslims. The police are so busy hunting down so called muslim transgressors, and are allowing unmarried non mahrum couples to overstep boundaries, which has all been inplace since the advent of our Beautiful Deen of Decency, Allah consciousness and decorum.
The very same govt has opened itself to "tourism " and facilitate interfaith understanding, and promotes the economy by having music concerts and events blatantly against the teachings of Islam, and opening up cities previously forbidden by Our Beloved Muhamed saw, being implicated and associated with the murder of outspoken Muslims journalist..... and the list goes on. A country struggling its economy and therby going against the teachings of Islam, also does not spend billions on developing cities in the name of technology and progress. Cumon
Yes they are leaders but they arent beyond being criticised. Calling them out of the fold of Islam, may not be correct, That is for Allah swt to decide.
We cannot help but look at the very many shortfalls of the Saudi govt which is apparent for all to see.
On occasion Umar ra was criticised by a woman while he was Ameer of the Muslims. He ventured to remedy her complaint and took it personally upon himself to do so. He did not threaten, harm or slander this woman. His Fear of Allah swt was way bigger than his fear of being embarrassed by a person.
So the fact that Saudi rulers are offended by dissent and criticism merely points out to their authority making them arrogant .
No one except Allah swt is beyond reproach, and the defenders of governments who imagine they are, should consider this before going out publicly and calling out others who venture to criticise these governments.
A better approach in my humble opinion, would be to criticise each act individually, on both sides and not be seen to prefer one side over the other.

Those big scholars of the past did not rebel nor incited rebellion. They were imprisoned due to the Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah. As for those today, young scholars are impatient who don't follow the Sunnah and the methodology of the Salaf as-Salih and follow the manhaj of the khawarij and HT. As for Saudi being more liberal, yes, agree .we make dua for the rulers. And those scholars and ministers that are close and can advice are doing so, and Allah guides whom He wills

But shaykh badr al mishary didnt do anything in reality the clips they are sharing about him are very old and hes only been giving dawah for years now and saying nothing politically so theres no reason at all to imprison him. And even Sahaba Imam Ali radiallahu anhu left the khawarij alone until they started fighting him so are our rulers today better than Sahaba are their policies better than Sahaba? 200 years ago a scholar called Muhammed ibn Abdul-Wahhab in Najd area in Arabia near Riyadh City went to extremes by declaring all Muslims who prostrate to the grave of a prophet or saint/wali as a Mushriks Kaafirs Apostates/Mur'taddeen, without differentiating between if they believe those in the grave as having power or providing sustenance or controlling the universe like Allah SWT or between those who do it out of respect and getting overwhelmed which is a bidah/innovation and major sin., so the wahhaabiyyah made no distinction like all the thousands of past scholars did up until then, instead they then called and judged them as mushriks and kuffar, apostates, made their blood and wealth and properties and land and women being halaal because of that. So eventually the Saudi Tribe teamed up with him. His own father and brother were also scholars warned from his extremes. 40 other Hanbali scholars including his teachers also warned from him. And many more also. Some of those scholars got assassinated and some escaped far away. Him and his students and their students became known as the Najdiyyah/from Najd area. They only calmed down around the 1930s when King Abdul-Aziz Aal Saood made the scholars tone their speeches and actions down so as to be able to make a state and country that is accepted by the rest of the world beginning first by not calling all other Muslim countries as lands of major shirk and kufr. Then they adopted the name Salafi to get away from their bad reputation. The Salafis then split up into different groups. Isis came wanting to go back to the original Najdi dawah before it was a little watered down in the 1930s, and the Madkhalis came also, they made biased and blind following and being fanatic and hypocritical with the stances of shaikh Rabee al-Madkhali in KSA. I did some study with him myself, he was advised by other scholars but sadly carried on causing more splits. They are on the way out now and most Salafis are moving towards the original traditional Hanbali Madhab with its Aqeedah and Fiqh and Tasuwwuf/Sufism which is the purest type of Sufism away from Bidah. The Mad'khalis also warn against any type of rebellion or speaking up or openly advising the Oppressive corrupt Muslim Leaders. If any scholar or caller to Islaam does so then he is warned against and boycotted and maybe even grassed up. Basically to let oppression and corruption run rampant and let the corrupt oppressive leader get away with everything, in fact these leaders use the Mad'khalis as a tool to cement themselves, to spy on other Muslims and suppress them. They can even fight Islaam in many ways these leaders, but they only have to do a few things for Islaam to get these scholars to tell the public look he's a Muslim and we can't advise openly, only in private. Even today ask any Madkhali or Salafi and they will say yes KSA is the land of Tawheed, meaning all other Muslim countries are lands of Shirk!!!!! They also believe they are the actual Victorious group that the Prophet SAW spoke about but they never fulfill its conditions and even warn against the Victorious group who are in Palestine as the Prophet SAW said. They look down upon the vast majority of the Muslims and turn many acts and statements differed upon by classical big scholars as instead into Bidah and sometimes major Shirk. They fight and warn against the mainstream traditional Sunni Islaam that was protected by Allah SWT through them, who carried and protected Islaam and in fact Islaam advanced in science and scholarship and inventions and spread far and wide. If it wasn't for them then Islaam wouldn't have reached us today, like the Ottomans and Ayoobis and Mamluks.
There is now a revival of traditional Sunni Islaam going on now though so they are on the way out. I was with them 25 years, 25 years I wasted with them. 60% of their Aqeedah and Fiqh is mixed up and upside down. They have very weak Ilm compared to all other Sunni Groups. Its game over!

Due to this friction, Yemeni army divided and law and order situation deteriorated. They were fighting each other and law and order deteriorated.
