    Hey Stevie, what would you recommend doing in the summer for track? If it makes any difference, I do the 110mh, 300mh, and 400m.
    Thank you in advance for your response and for the video (which I enjoyed and I for one would like to see more of : ) )

      Do the morning routine everyday for 2 weeks and you will see the first results. In addition to that, work on your hurdles technic. I’ll upload videos about that as well. Also, you can always do some longer run. For example: 100m on, 100m off, 200m on 200m
      Off… 300,400,300,200,100. Always on and off. You can do that on the track.
      You can also do longer stuff like 500m runs
