Him and Keon are the types of players you need
Many had comp him to be like a Derrick White, his college coach said he reminds him of Jrue, I'm eagerly waiting to see him! The motor alone will make him a fan's favorite in Sac-town for sure.
Ever since the draft I've been staying up too late watching Devin Carter videos until 4:00 a.m. and so I was excited to watch this one and it delivered, great content. I have been of the opinion that one of the Kings biggest needs is energy players, intangibles. Outside of Monk, they really do not have another 'energy changer' that can shift momentum with a single like 'wow' play, get the crowd going, uplift the team, whatever, and I don't want to get my hopes up, but it seems like Carter is that on the defensive side of the ball. I think adding this type of player to this roster is going to be a lot more impactful than some people think.

Fantastic analysis, great editing to match the analysis I'm sure this was a lot of work. Super excited to see him play, he's got the swag that we need because much of our roster gets rattled easily in high pressure situations and I think he will boost everyone's confidence in those situations.
PC fan here, y'all got a steal. Kid can shoot and athletic as hell. He the best defensive guard in college. Plays passing lanes, angles and will take the ball from you. Big east Player of the year of over Clingan and Castle who went ahead of him.........watch the at Creighton, at St John's and at home vs Georgetown games.....lost to UConn at home the last game of the season, but started that game, I believe 15-1, all Carter.

Devin has alot of potential to be really good, can play both ends, shoot/defend/rebound, lets see if we keep him before the season starts.

@@YoBrand15Ellis coming off the bench is a mistake. He almost single-handedly got us from 24th in defense to 14th in the last third of the season

Let’s make it simple… We tried to get Caruso (a GUARD) and failed. Fans were upset. Now we drafted a guy with a longer wingspan and similar vertical reach + more athletic and explosive. Hmmm
Not saying he will be that level automatically but his ceiling is higher and his floor is high as well. Let’s not forget the massive difference in age and contract as of now
