Hey guys! Im sooo happy to be back! A couple things of note! First, this was filmed quite a while ago, I just haven't been able to finish editing it until now. Its now been 2 years since I started skating, so stay tuned for that update soon!! Also, I didn't really get into it in the video, but during this time I was also learning my first skating program!! I performed it at a competition at the end of April, and I'll be showing you that soon as well. Finally, I started taking weekly private lessons after coming back from skating!! In the past I've taken some private lessons here and there, as well as group lessons for the first 3 months, but really, a large part of my skating has been self taught. Its been soo nice to finally get some consistent coaching!!!

Great job! I'm sorry to hear about your injury, did you injure your ankle while ice skating?

I can't wait to start skating! Watching videos like these, where adults start skating, are very motivating. I just bought my first pair of skates as an almost 22 year old. I have absolutely no experience aside from skating a handful of times in rental skates, so I'm both terrified and excited.
