oh man a carbine kit for this would actually be pretty cool or something like old worker body kits since its essentially a mini stryfe but better.

I think they will use this mag in the future. If you look, it has a notch in the side that this blaster uses to lock the mag in with. It still has the traditional talon notch as well so I think it will be in others soon.

+1 for carbine kit - just needs an nstrike stock attachment point and an extended battery tray/foregrip bottom rail :)

How hard would it be to switch the mag release to the other side?

With the included mag release it wouldn’t be possible, but I’ve heard someone is working on 3d files for moving it to the other side
