Very true, please please pavements need fixing, and to keep our city clean, mshikashika need real policing. Those guys are a menace and grave danger on the roads.
Well done the Lomagundi Rd looks better. My only issue is with the road markings. They make it look like a 4 lane road one way. No demarcation between oncoming traffic and no filters for cars turning right
I'm happy though pliz can someone tell mi on the Avondale road isn't the middle line marking suppose to be continuous. How do one know is it's a one way with 4lane or........???
Lol. Amateurs of governance.. . It’s all for SADC conference not because they care ., Very soon they ll chase the vendors from the city centre and destroy all the shacks
Thank you for the content you make. its good to see positive things about Zim, however ,can we please get more videos of other parts of the country that are not Harare. It is good to see that there is some progress being made in Harare but often that is the only place any progress is made. Come to Bulawayo and Mutare as well as places like Gweru and kwekwe. Visit the mines and processing plants that they claim to be opening. It helps giving people a balanced view if we see these "ïnvestments" they speak of.
The government should set up a whole department for trained, well equipped City gardeners, employment as civil servants. Many companies with trees and greens must pay a monthly fee to the authority.

The company doing the road markings must be cutting corners that is why they don’t last. Good quality road markings last for years. Good to see road resurfacing going on
Road markings they do fade, they just need to be repainted when they're faint even in countries like the UK they're always painting the roads and patchwork on damaged areas...
Lane markings are not done correctly especially at big junctions. Looks like the person doing the markings is one of the drivers who violate driving rules at junctions. They have no idea how a junction should be designed to allow traffic to seamlessly give was. One poorly done junction is Leopold Takawira and Josiah Tongogara. There are several other spots but this is one that quickly comes to mind
They need to send these engineers to other western countries so that they learn latest technology on how to construct these roads. However it’s better than nothing. They neglected maintaining everything for too long. Corruption and greediness has destroyed the country.
Those side walks should be finished too if u are watching from the diaspora don’t leave that country coz of this it ain’t sh!tits just been long so it looks lol a big deal

Watching this when living abroad makes u feel like you are back home.
without fixing the paving true beauty of harare will never be realised
Furthermore businesses should be asked to clean and paint properties or get fined.

It should be $1 per day to enter the park, money can go towards maintenance
It's good to see safety measures been put in place at work sites now keep up the good work guys.

This should be addressed..who to? Who is responsible for markings? As citizens we should be able to reach out to them with our concerns
@@godsown7947I don’t think they’re finished yet, it’s obviously lane markings are going to be done!!
Sloppy as always
Wow, I'm really impressed with the roads. Absolutely gorgeous. From USA.
I'm happy though pliz can someone tell mi on the Avondale road isn't the middle line marking suppose to be continuous. How do one know is it's a one way with 4lane or........???
Thank you for this update :)
Thanks for the video
Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 has got a good infrastructure which just needs revamping and good leaders with sense of beauty.
I can't tell which markings divide the lanes between oncoming traffic.
I see what you mean.....no continuous line to divide the two
Accidents are bound happen there
Avondale Road, why are the middle lines broken?
Nice work, I hope they fix the sidewalks as well to make it look International

Show us thick is the tar on the road or hw their are preparing it.
In previous videos.
Apart from the centre demarcation ,they should work on the street lighting
And speed limit signs..do u know speed limit on those roads?
The government should set up a whole department for trained, well equipped City gardeners, employment as civil servants. Many companies with trees and greens must pay a monthly fee to the authority.
I concur. A whole new department of beautification if possible, whose sole purpose is to improve the environment. 😊
Why there are no road kerbs and markings?
Kungosiya ma edges e road akadaro imagine..road kerbs don't cost much..
@@godsown7947 exactly, I think they must go to SA for some training on how to fully construct a road
munhu aka marker Avondale road arikuda kunyatsoita sei
City council should show up and repair traffic lights and pavements ah!
Maybe replace traffic lights with roundabouts. That’s for the engineers to figure out how they can do it.
Signature and markings are very important.

Spot on
They need to improve or road markings, there should be a demarcation so one knows its a 2 lane
Yes
The company doing the road markings must be cutting corners that is why they don’t last. Good quality road markings last for years. Good to see road resurfacing going on
But why cutting down trees just to construct a road
Road markings they do fade, they just need to be repainted when they're faint even in countries like the UK they're always painting the roads and patchwork on damaged areas...
They are using poor quality paint and tar hence they don't last
Footpaths and drainage who is going to repair them

Taura hako no arrows for left or right turns etc
