    Thanks Tank!! Karan here, glad you liked the song! To answer some of your questions:
    - we recorded and produced the album ourselves :)
    - I use the Shuriken for live shows so that we dont have to carry multiple guitars on tour. In the studio I primarily use the Ormsby Hype GTR 8. The Cathode is the best looking so it goes in all the videos ;D
    - Roshan, the bass player, is missing in the video. He was on a vacation within a vacation so he couldn't make it but he'll be there in the upcoming videos

      So glad I stumbled upon you guys a while back. I am definitely going to order this album and probably a load of merch as well. I would love to see you guys make it over here to the U.S. as I would definitely go to a show even though I struggle with crowds after my accident. Used to be a band tech back in the day and crowds were no big deal but not so anymore. Keep producing amazing music as it is one of the true forms of universal language that everyone can appreciate.

    haha your reaction was so genuine
    PS:
    for anyone wanting to know what the words are in the beginning, he is basically saying
    "here is the blood of a muslim and here is the blood of a hindu, tell me what is the difference? if the creator made us all the same, who are you to divide us"?
    Basically in India politicians try to get votes by dividing religious groups, they go to the hindus and shoot at the muslims and go to the muslims and shoot at the hindus in the hopes a war within communities bring in votes and eventually money.
    In general though politicians divide people like this

    "State turning to Faith, Faith turn into Hate, Hate turn into Votes, Votes turn into Notes"
    This right here is the biggest suckerpunch I've heard in years. That line alone will stay with me for years.

    • @m_js5709
      @m_js5709 2 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Just in case someone gets the notes line confused with musical notes, the next line "blacker kind of black money" is what "votes turn into notes" meant. The notes refers to the corrupt "black money" that elected politicians partake in.

      Oh nice, i thought it meant "you traitor" (imperative)

    • @ashleycook6025
      @ashleycook6025 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So would that be "Traitor!" As in not identifying someone or pointing them out to others like"I've found" or "there's one right there/here" (like yelling "fire" when you've noticed fire) or calling out to someone being identified as or identified by a name or label, but an accusatory tone?

    • @ashleycook6025
      @ashleycook6025 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Pokerfuel I thought imperative was for "commands". Or implying someone is supposed to do something. An example would be someone offering a chair by saying "Please, Sit" or telling you to have a seat by just saying "Sit" so it normally just applies to verbs with the subject being "you" even if it's not in the sentence. With the object being implied based on what the subject "you" is supposed to do the action to.

    What a great band. Many of their songs sink into the soul, both in words and in music, I cried for so long because of their song Yaad. Having become a little famous, they immediately began to make the world around them a better place by doing charity work, which is not fake like that of politicians. It is very inspiring when you see someone who is passionate about what they do and who is pure in heart.

I was so glad as they released this song because I kinda feared that they might have been disbanded or something since I havent heard from them in a while... but now there's going to be an entire album of them! Even compared to a lot of vocal coach type channels that offer other technical commentary! The extra facts on screen and general style/structure of your work comes across as exceptionally professional and classy (somehow gives me nostalgia for Pop Up Videos on VH1 that I watched as a kid lol) and your warm sparkly-eyed smile and sincere headbanging is just so relatable and endearing! Actually not bad!! I listen to a large variety of music in this genre. But the adding their culture influence of the East Indian sound is 😎
    It’s really awesome to hear music of this type from all corners of our little blue ball !! Music definitely has no boundaries

    • @dikshitasur5365

      Their music is more north Indian Punjabi mixed with metal. The rhythms and instruments specifically. 😁

    11:01 [Indian Singing Intensifies] best sub title ever. I had a good laugh at this...as the most accurate subtitle ever written!
    Found Bloodywood by accident when I was listening to the HU. wow. they rock my face off!
    Also, gold star for the Manowar swag in the backround.

    • @TankTheTech
      @TankTheTech  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Man, they're always humorous with their subtitles. In their documentary, there's a scene at the beginning where a street vendor in New Delhi is staring at them and the subtitle says "[stares in Indian]" or something similar and I lost it when I saw it.

    This is my favorite one by these guys (old stuff is awesome as well)! 🤘🏻🔥 It’s so bouncy and the riffs are awesome.
    On another note, I have a suggestion for you. A fairly new band from Finland called Atlas and their song/video Uhri. Definitely worth a watch. 🤙🏻

    I'm really considering to go see them in Denmark.
    The thing is, I don't know if I can travel to Denmark at that point in time, even though, I'm just 20 minutes away in Sweden.
    Kind of frustrating.

    I've always been a bit of a sucker for music with infused genres and I think metal is great for this. Metal + tribal, metal + traditional music etc. Love it

    I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Karan - the guitarist - records and mixes all of their stuff including the upcoming album. He was talking about buying a new PC just so he could actually do the album on it on his Instagram.

    I'm looking foreward to the new album and hope that the higher powers and the covid situation permits me to go to their show in Copenhagen march 2022. A week before Bloodywood, Twelve Foot Ninja are playing at the same venue and I would also like to catch that show. How ever I don't live in our capitol and traveling to Copenhagen twice within about a week does offer some financiel difficulties, but hopefully i can find a solution before that. Seeing both bands live are on my bucketlist. If only they toured together.

    The effort you put to highlight the nuances and also shed light on small time luthiers in this 3rd world country but doing amazing work is just so positive and all I can say is bless you. Nothing but love.. Cheers Bro!

    Right on the money with the nu-metal thing, to my ear it's very similar to what Skindred used to do. They're a Welsh band who add Reggae and Jamaican dancehall to their nu-metal, well worth a listen!

    Thanks for reacting on this legendary Indian band. Just on your question on Gaddaar vs gaddaaro - gaddaaro is plural for gaddar ( traitors - traitor).
    Edit: Love your Attention to Detail Tank. How you caught up and educated viewers on the guitars, drums and how you caught up on the bassist being missing from the video - he was on vaccation.
