There are 2 Dave's, as in 2 separate characters portrayed by 2 different actors.
This guy used to be one of the most sort after young comedians of his day. I especially loved him in "my family".
Then he got hit by a car when he was out drinking (in real life). i think thats when he left... they werent sure if he was going to survive. So i think they made up a story he had gone travelling.

It's literately one of the few times the algorithm got it right.
As far as I'm aware, this series isn't about racism. If anything, it prevents racism, because it teaches people about different cultures. The white people learn something about the Asian people, and vice-versa. I've come across a small handful of Asian people in my life who were unkind to me, but that was probably just them being offhand. The other 95% of them I love :) Got a lot of respect for them.

Fun fact, gingers are truly different to most of people. Most people, from lightest Scandinavians to darkest South Sudanese have both eumelanin and pheomelanin, just in different amounts and distributions. Bit gingers have different biosynthetic pathways, and cannot produce eumelanin, only red pheomelanin. They also have higher pain sensitivity, because some melanins function with the nervous system and their synthesis is also affected

This is probably older, look at the monitor on the managers' desk. CRT. Those went the way of the dodo in the 2000s. They probably couldn't make a show like that today.
@@seanC3i again no issue with that, bit the bbc have taken other programmes off air of a similar and older age. That's the point I'm making. In 2020 the BBC have retrospectively banned content as far back as the very early 80s and I've heard late 70s. So why is this different? I'm not offended by the content, but the BBCs attempt to control public narrative really bugs me.
