    Ako lang ba, kapag nalaman kong umuulan ang sarap matulog, pero kapag may naririnig tayong iba nattriggered agad tayo, ayan hindi nanaman makatulog.

    3:05 a.m at di ako mkatulog. This quaratine messed up my sleeping schedule huhu. Minsan pa 10 na na sa umaga ako nakakatulog. Ayoko na netooo huhuuu

      mgpapawis po kayo at kain din po ng masustansyang mga pakain pariho din nyo ako dati yon lang po ang mga ginawa ko kya sa ngayon maayos na akong maka2log tiwala lang po sa sarili kasi tayo ng dadala ng katawan natin kaya alam natin kong ano ang dapat,,💪😊

    20 yrs na ako dito sa Cda pero Phil. time (12 hrs advance ) pa rin sinusunod ng body clock ko. I stay up the whole night, sa umaga ang tulog ko which is gabi sa Pinas.
    basta i see to it that i get 6-8 hrs. sleep...buti nlang wla nman ako eye bags or dark circles...a lot of people say i look younger than my age , praise the Lord !

    2 xs akong nagro rosary kapag madaling araw nakaupo at naka harap sa Altar. Masarap mag rosary sa ganitong oras dahil napaka tahimik. Inuulit during bedtime imbes short prayers, nagro rosary ako hanggang sa makatulog,hindi ko man matapos. Nagro rosary naman ako pag madaling araw ng almost 1 hr.dahil ang mga intentions inuulit ulit ko every mystery.

    Ang ginagawa ko po para makatulog agad, nagbabasa po ako ng Bible. Kapag po kasi nagccp ka, imbes na makatulog. Hindi ka nakakatulog. Ako yun po ang ginagawa ko and super effective po. Just read your bible always, and bago po tayo matulog, and sanayin po ninyo matulog ng maaga. Gawin ninyo po gabi gabi same time, tyak aantukin na po kayo lagi sa nakasanayan ninyo po na oras ng tulog.
