    Habang andito ako naka quarantine mag isa at malapit na ma buang,thank you at nakita ko ang channel na 'to. Everytime napapanood ko kayo Doc,sobra niyo po ako napapatawa..love your channel and i love you both..

    Share ko lang po, natulog ako kagabi mga 10:40pm pinilit ko sobra, ang hirap matulog kasi merun po akong insomia. Uminom ako ng gatas then humiga na ako. Nag try lang ako ng payo ni doc. atoie pinanood ko to tapos sinundan ko ang procedure, number 1.relax, then nag isip isip ako, imagine, dagat inisip ko at palayan na kulay green....ang hirap sobra gising na gising diwa ko dahil sa insomia nga. nag salita din ako ng do not think, madami beses hangang hindi ko namalayan nakatulog na ako at nagising ako 5:00 am then ngayon mag gygym na ako 6:00 am. Sobra ako nagpapasalamat po sa inyo dahil sa pag share neto knowledge po. More power!

      1. pag nkhiga na ng flat, irerelaks ang facial muscle around ur eyes 2. drop ur shoulders as low as possible then relax ur lower and upper

    Doc Atoi bago po lang ako nanood NG inyong seminar sa fb, marami po akong natutuhan,ako po ay senior na 68 yrs old stroke survivor,schemic infarction pero makalakad na po ako Wala nang cane dahil nag exercise ako everyday NG cardio at belly
    .Sabi po ninyo senior na kayo pero humanga ako para lang kayo nasa between 30 to 40
    Gusto ko Lang magtanong paano Alisin Ang eyebag, ano po dapat Gawin ? Salamat po fr Sta Maria bulacan
