I made these today for my husband and I, these are DELICIOUS! They really taste like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll.
I think this is one of my favorite cookie recipes of yours. I love cinnamon rolls! Great tip about using parchment paper to keep your dough from sticking to the glass. Thanks for sharing!

I am going to show this recipe to my cousin and daughter. They will probably make this. I do like cinnamon rolls and cookies but don't make cookies much unless I have my kids here like at the holiday's so next Christmas this may be the cookie I make.

What if you don’t make the eggs room temperature cause I didn’t and I think I messed up :/
It shouldn't make any difference. The room temperature egg just makes the batter fluffier.
