    Saturday gym open 10 am. And 3 hours lge mere ko ye workout kre me 1.20 pe ghar phuncha aur 1.45 pm work pe chla gya fir raat ko 11.30 pm ghr aya. Very hard for me but not IMPOSSIBLE

    Sir are these workouts... which you have mentioned in your video "confused which program to follow" are mend for girls??? I mean your Muscular8 shredded program, lean program are for girls??? And can girls follow your diet plan given in your PDF??? Plz reply as I am about to follow your these workout plan... and I have already started with your diet plan??? Sir it's a request... plz do reply to the comment as I am in need and really want to have a perfect body... and I am not getting the proper guidance...

      There are no separate programmes for boys and girls ! Every programme can be followed by girls as well. U can start with muscular 8 and then proceed to 6 week shredded and other programmes. There are no separate exercises for boys and girls only difference lies in the amount of weight that you pick up !! i hope your query is answered.

    hi gurumaan...First i feel proud as a indian you are having very good physic and want to see indians fit.And i am little confused for weight loss which program i need to follow because you have 1.muscular 8 2.shredded 6 3.shredded next level 4. get ripped 5. lean mode...so all are for fat loss but which one i need to follow for fat loss i m confused..please give advise

      I m following Muscular 8 since last four weeks.
      23rd April I was 84 & BMI nearly 27.2, I started my journey with your Muscular 8 program and I am stricting myself with the diet with some modified exercises, it's 25th May 2018, exactly one month later I'm back to my NORMAL BMI and my weight is 76.9 today. All thanks to Guru Mann sir's balanced diet and exercise plans.

    3a) At 7:39 Stiff Leg Dead Lift alternative is Hamstring curl; good for lower back Injured guys. Stiff leg dead lift is really bad for lower back I jured person. Please don't do it.

    Hi Gurumann Sir !
    I would like to ask that can I do Weighted squats instead of body weight ??
    From last year I drop my weight 10 kgs when I was 85 i took my body weight to 69 also in april2017 but in one month gap i again gain 5 kg weight now im 75 so im again following your program to loose those 5 kg and i will definitely loose them in two weeks i know that !
    Kindly suggest body weighted should i do and also can I do reps in form of 15-12-10 with increasing weight or should I follow as per your prgm ??
