yo Kerry at some point u should consider making tier list videos on different POD companies based off different things like shirt prices/shipping/quality/customization/simplicity etc. Or at least after you feel like you've reviewed enough companies/those worth talking about. I love ur reviews and had this random thought just now, seems like u have a lot of knowledge or experience with a lot of them and if u ever run out of video ideas i feel like it could be a good series lol
I was glad that you mentioned the problem with DESIGN SIZE. What do people do when they receive a tee shirt that is way bigger than it appears for sale on their website as you mentioned? I emailed back and forth with CustomCat and sent pictures. They said they can guarantee nothing but that the design placement will be 2 to 3 inches below the shirt collar. They said nothing about the design size problem. They finally said it was their production error, and that I should re-export the particular products from Customcat's dashboard to get new SKUs because the old SKUs are causing the error. This is actually not leaving me with any assurance from CC that the same will not happen with other products of mine, and randomly, turning customers off. I am thinking a solution to this size problem may be to take each design and reduce its size and then put the smaller version on each tee shirt on my website.

In addition to that, both the test print & the reprint had splotches in area where it was supposed to be printed. It's sad CC couldn't provide a quality print for me a few weeks ago even on the reprint because I'm in Indiana & since they're out of Michigan, they could get my midwest customers the product out within a week (shipping & print time). Have you done a Monster Digital, Printforia, or The Dream Junction Review? I thought you had but, I can't find it & I think it was back from either 2020 or 2019. I'm using a combination of those three right now depending on what my client orders & where they're located.

is economy DHL? we live in the Amazon Next Day Delivery era...DHL takes a very long time. I've ordered test products and delivery times, and DHL was not an option for me to offer my customers.

I just ordered samples from them for my buisness. The prints on my sample order have random white outlines on my design (not apart of my design), and the left chest prints are blurry. I spent $161.00 on samples. My mom has ordered through them before. I followed their instructions to make sure the prints would come out good, so I was confident my order would be okay. Unfortunately, their prints are so inconsistent. On one of my customer orders, my logo was printed off center. I am a small business owner with very little money trying to get started. I am so frustrated right now.
I've ordered 10 sample shirts from Custom Cat and 2 of them are defective. One for the design being very off center and the other for parts of the design actually missing. Like the corners of a letter were broken off. 20% failure rate is pretty much an absolute no-go for trying to use them for any commercial enterprise.

I’m new to ads and don’t even know what I did wrong bc I’m just learning and never got the chance to run any ads and I need a fb ads account. Can you advise or make a video on what to do when this happens please? I need to get my ads running ASAP to learn it and start making money.

Apparently you can't run ads about dating sites without permission from fb. So my ad never passed review stage and since I kept trying again and again, my fb ad account eventually suspended. Later I realized in the about section of my website I used the word 'love' and 'passionate' which was the reason the algorithm thought it was a dating website. I changed that. You can contact the Facebook people regarding your account being banned though. I dont remember how I did it, but I did contact them and thoroughly explain my situation to them. One day later my ad account was restored. Sooo.. figure out where you messed up and change it. Then contact Facebook. That's my advice. Though with the new iPhone update.. Facebook ads will cease to be as useful in my opinion. Let's see how that goes. Hope you get back your ad account.
Sorry to hear that. It’s very common and I am currently restricted as well. Using my wife’s account 😂 you need to make sure you have two factor authentication setup, domains verified, and basically all your setup complete. Cross the t’s and dot the i’s. I find chat support is the best way to get in contact usually if you have that option. In most cases you can get the account back, but in some cases you can’t. FB is ruthless
Their printing has gone downhill, most prints are really bad now. Out of stock in almost everything they offer. Also, their “Z65” crewnecks which are just Bespoke, are absolutely awful in comparison to Gildan which is way better quality.

you are right and their quality sucks..compare same design to design, CC to Gelato to Printful or Printify??...CC's fatsest but by far worst quality

Not sure how you got lucky with a good quality print on a shirt from Custom Cat. The ones I got (and my customers) were dull and had no "pop" at all.
