Looks like a hippy place for young adults. Hainanese Chicken Rice is a Singapore dish...
    Mash is attached.

I was going to say that you got me with "Kinniku", but less than a mere minute later, you pointed out that Hainanese chicken rice restaurant. My Hainanese blood demands satisfaction now (I'm half-Hainanese, half-Cantonese, btw).
Haha, never knock UNIQLO just because it's cheap - as you both mentioned, it's how you pull it off that counts.
Really digging the vibe of the shopping centre - it reminds me a bit of Melbourne Central and The Emporium back home in Melbourne, with a European-Japanese-Singaporean twist to it. And that cafe! My inner-Melbournian craves the coffee.
Finally, as a qualified language teacher (not as an ALT in Nagasaki, but as someone who is qualified to teach beginner-level Italian in Australia), I am really impressed by how both you and Mash can simply switch language codes between Japanese and English with very little effort. If there is a video of yours that would encourage my students to practise speaking more English, it would have to be this one.

Thanks for the comment! I've been wanting to go to the chicken rice restaurant, so I would love to do a review on that restaurant!
Mash and I switch between English and Japanese a lot. I feel like it's something a lot of kids from international schools tend to do (Mash also went to an international school).

Ooh, how nice, very nice tour. So much English writing everywhere. Are you sure this is Japan. So much glass too. Too bad the Kitsune cafe was busy, I wanted to see it. Hm, maybe it's just where I live, but Panda Express is not good quality here. Many other Chinese restaurants are much better. At 8:50 there is a box on the cafe counter that says "Marshall". What is that? There is a company called Marshall which makes professional guitar amplifiers and other music equipment. Do they also make coffee / cafe equipment in Japan? Also... maybe if you return to visit the roof garden, maybe you can visit Eggslut. I know, it's silly, but I'm curious what they have. Thank you for making videos! :)

Panda Express is actually pretty good here! I've never had it in the US but I heard that it's better here lol
I feel like Marshall is a music equipment company. It looks like a coffee machine in the video, but it was a speaker and the lady was making coffee behind the speaker.
Will consider going to eggslut one day! Thanks for that 😊

Just chiming in - Marshall IS a guitar amp manufacturer, and is arguably the most well-known one out there. That said, they also make personal audio equipment like headphones and that mini speaker on the counter in the cafe. As for how good they are... I’m honestly not sure, but the general consensus that I’m aware of is that they’re above average at best.

when the pandemic is over you should come to NYC. Roberta's has the best pizza (or Best Pizza) and Grants tomb. peach's fried chicken and you HAVE to hit K-town.

From my overseas relatives, they told me that if they hold/pinch their noses, they can sound "American." It's actually a pretty good trick!
