Exciting news for all my fellow travellers and foodies! 🎉 I've just launched Shun Tours, offering unique and personal guided tours across Tokyo. Check out the details and book your adventure at www.shuntours.com. Can't wait to explore with you! ✈🍣
One activity vloggers don’t show is sports. NPB baseball, soccer and other events. Tickets can be complicated. It took me two trips to figure out how they work. If you’re into sports that’s a category that is neglected. I’m not into anime or that stuff but I always visit for sport.
It's funny, when I visited Japan back in November, I didn't realize the Shibuya Scramble was directly outside Shibuya Station, so, when I exited, I was confused why so many people were milling about and had a selfie stick and/or a camera ready to go. It didn't help to alleviate my confusion by seeing multiple different groups of foreigners being interviewed by what looked like Japanese news reporters. So, I checked Google Maps to see which direction the store's address was from my location, made it through the many groups just standing around and joined a large queue to cross the street in the direction I needed to go. It wasn't until I crossed the street that I realized I'd just done the Shibuya Scramble. I think why I didn't recognize it at first was it seemed so small in person and all the videos I'd seen of it make it seem like a HUGE intersection.
That’s so funny 🤣 Actually a friend of mine also said that the scramble crossing was smaller than he expected. Someone also said the Hachiko statue is smaller than expected lol
Thank YOu. I have not been back to Japan for over 2 decades and Shibuya is amazing .... yearning to go back there soon. One of my friends brought a doggy (snack) bone wrapped in a bow and washed Hachiko with a wet cloth....
Sarah you are the best at showing us subscribers about Japanese food and culture on TH-cam. Sarah I would love to see you do a video on The Godzilla Hotel.
Regarding Hachiko…. One time I tried to take a shortcut from Rappongi to Meiji Jingu and went through this cemetery. I saw a lot of people surrounding this grave. It turned out to be the grave of Hachiko😮. These Recommendations are great but always wander and discover your own gems! Thanks Sarah.
Such an exciting guide! 🗼🍣 Shibuya has so much to offer, and this list captures it all perfectly. Can't wait to try the food spots and explore like a local. Thanks for the amazing tips! 🌟🙌 #ShibuyaAdventures Fyi.
I think Shibuya Crossing is good practice for Shinjuku Station. 🙂 If you can manage a crossing in each direction without having to duck, dodge, or bump into anyone then you're ready for the real madness of Shinjuku! 🤪
I remember Mash from your old videos. Do you still keep in touch with him? I prefer Tsukemen over ramen it's nice for you to recommend a restaurant that specializes in that dish. At the photo sticker booth, did you choose the twice song or did it randomly play K-pop for you to dance to?
Are you a Twice fan (aka, a 'Once')? You seemed to know some choreography in that photo booth. And I'm definitely not mentioning here how red you got from the booze, definitely not doing that. Cheers!
Yes I am! I didn't learn this choreography, but I watched their videos so many times that I kind of remembered it 😆 You surely didn't mention my red face. GREAT 😂

Hello everyone! As always, many thanks for watching the video ☺️ Which activity would you like to do the most? Do you already have your favourite? 😍
Thanks fr the video!! I am heading to Tokyo in a few days! Will try these places.
Hanging out in Niku Yokocho with your friends is definitely the best way to end a day in Shibuya. I love the old school vibes there.
Taking photos from Shibuya Sky at sunset.

What kind of camping places there are around Tokyo? After a week around so many people, a little nature getaway would be great :)
