Tried the PMC on trackman and on course and this iron is so easy to hit. Very easy to shape also and seem to give me a little bit more forgiveness. Could’t get on with the stock shaft and as I mentioned in the comment below P770 review why not test them with the right shaft. I don’t think the stock 120 gram shaft in stiff suits you as you also mentioned yourself. The Nippon Modus Neo pro 950 stiff worked like a charm and gave me a lot more distance than the 120 gram KbS. And for me on course with the Nippon shaft the rough wasn’t a problem at all. More distance than I expected and also accurate. Thinking of switching from my MP18’s because soft feel, accurate, can shape the ball easily but with a little more forgiveness.
Adaptation made Soph perform better with the 2 shot which was always the the MB. The MC was the trial shot. Then she adjusted for the MB on the second shot. A mid cavity should offer more forgiveness than a pure MB if built right.
I was playing the Taylormade rocketblade tour irons and just a few months ago I switched to the P7MBs blades and I ended up playing the best round of golf with the new clubs, I’m consistently hitting more greens now to just feel more in control, you don’t have to be a pro to play them just give them a try . The driver in the other hand is a different story …
Sophie, what competition would you put up again P7MC? They look like exactly what I want to move to - forged muscle based cavity iron, maybe blended. My full blade set is just not helpful on a bad swing day.
Great review Soph. I always prefer the true blade to a forged cavity too
They sound beautiful at impact!
Never been a TM iron fan but will try these
Golf jewelry! I play the 2014 tour preferred blades. I had a set of P730 but didn't like them. These are on my must try list

Oh, those shafts are too heavy for you. Nevertheless, you still swing them beautifully!
That's what I was thinking, too. She does make great swings with them and does get on with a great presentation.
The MBs 😍
Nice swing soph
I want the MCs. But can't afford them!!!
I feel like this would have been a much better test for you if you would have used a shaft more suited for you
Yep mb made that great noise
Sad Taylormade can’t send the correct spec
☕️
