I became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 2011 and have a few friends who have met Michael and his family from going to the kingdom hall he attended in the 80's and here and there from the trial era to his death. No one who is a witness who I've ever spoken to thinks that he did those things. We are all taught from the Bible to be compassionate and empathetic like Jesus and Jehovah and to help people in need. Michael was a perfect example of this. He had a heart of gold since he was young that his mother instilled in him

The only way a defendant is deemed ‘innocent’ is if the crime is proven to have been committed by someone else entirely. He’s not on trial here, it’s the staff of the production company who (allegedly) enabled and did not protect children. No one actually knows what happened, only the people who were there.

He only received $1 million. The mother received $1 million and Jordan received around $ 11 million after lawyers fee. Jordan emancipated both parents because he felt that THEY forced him to lie. Evan Chandler later tried to sue Michael for $60 million. That was thrown out. Evan never forgave Jordan because he(Evan):didn’t get the bulk of the money as the instigator Of this scam. Years later it was reported that Jordan had visited Evan because he claimed to be sick. Jordan called police because Evan tried to kill him. Michael' lawyer wanted that Michael is able to follow his career and that he can go on tour, and that he is not stuck in a civil lawsuit for the next 6-7 years. His career would be over.

I became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 2011 and have a few friends who have met Michael and his family from going to the kingdom hall he attended in the 80's and here and there from the trial era to his death. No one who is a witness who I've ever spoken to thinks that he did those things. We are all taught from the Bible to be compassionate and empathetic like Jesus and Jehovah and to help people in need. Michael was a perfect example of this. He had a heart of gold since he was young that his mother instilled in him

Of course Michael settled to avoid a public fiasco. 2nd accuser was the mother of the child, who previously tried to sue JCPenney corp as well as others with the same abuse accusations before Michael came into the picture. Mother put her son into that situation with Michael in order to make these accusations, especially based off what he was accused of in the past. There’s a reason he was found not guilty, there was no evidence of abuse. Wade and James’ accusations against Michael mimic fake stories written in a FICTIONAL book called “Michael Jackson Was My Lover, which is again, a fictional book which Michael sued over and won, stopping the sale of it and winning a financial award.

There have been all kinds of lies from tabloids about the amount. The father who was the instigator THOUGHT he would get $ 25 million because that’s what he had been asking BEFORE the settlement. He only received $1 million. The mother received $1 million and Jordan received around $ 11 million after lawyers fee. Jordan emancipated both parents because he felt that THEY forced him to lie. Evan Chandler later tried to sue Michael for $60 million. That was thrown out. Evan never forgave Jordan because he(Evan):didn’t get the bulk of the money as the instigator Of this scam. Years later it was reported that Jordan had visited Evan because he claimed to be sick. Jordan called police because Evan tried to kill him. Ironically, Evan killed himself within months after Michael was murdered. Unless you lived through this in REAL time, you wouldn’t know this because the media doesn’t want public to know TRUTH about 1993 allegations. He said that Michael said, that the father wanted money, which is true, then he tried another attempt of extortion of money, Chandler said that Michael was talking about him in his song "They don't care about us". The court refused all of his allegations. The contract between Michael and Evan Chandler was NOT an admission of guilt. Chandler confirmed in the contract that Michael is innocent. Michael' lawyer wanted that Michael is able to follow his career and that he can go on tour, and that he is not stuck in a civil lawsuit for the next 6-7 years. His career would be over.

Someone whose 200 million dollar tour would be upended. Also, think about this for a moment. Wade and James just hit their TENTH YEAR on this lawsuit and it will probably be about THIRTEEN YEARS before it’s resolved. MJ did later say settling was his biggest regret because of Pandora’s Box it opened, but it’s never as easy a decision as people make it out to be. Money is also relative, 18 mil for MJ is like 5k for most people.
