You will also need some kitchen roll, an eraser and a pencil
Colours we used
Permanent Rose
Paynes Grey
Burnt Sienna
Yellow Ochre
MoongLow
Cobalt Turquoise
Prussian Blue
Imperial Purple
Cadmium Orange
Sap Green
Don't worry if you don't have all these colours, you can look at my colour chart episode (bit.ly/30r7stq) to learn how to mix your own shades from a simple 12 pan student range palette.

Just in time! This week I saw the first purple crocuses blooming, just next to snowdrops. Your painting is so beautiful ! This time of year it is always nice to think winter is ending and spring is around the corner. I will attempt painting along tomorrow Sunday, when I can paint with natural light. Thanks, Harriet!

Oh dear first try was not so hot! I’m needing to refill my palette but have lost my colour code. Do you have a basic water colour paint lay out. I seem to think I used your ideas etc. loved this, will try again tomorrow x

If you rub tooth paste on your pallet, then buff off in a few minutes, your paint will not beed up...
