Good morning sir, this is udhayakanth I am working in analytical research and development, currently l am developing a polor molecule , drug name is tranexamic acid tablets, I am getting placebo interference, name of the placebo is magnesium sterate , using YMC AQ column, mobile phase is sodium phosphate with 0.23% SLS and pH is 2.5 , I tryed with different column and chromatography conditions I can't separate the peak , I changed column, mobilephase PH, SLS concentration, flow rate adjustment, temperature adjustment, it is not separating, I need your suggestion sir...

Find out pka value of your drug and magnesium stearate and change pH according this, or Add ACN in your m.phase to change RT of both
