I didn't properly read the title of the video and I clicked on it thinking it was just an alternate history theory in general but then as I watched I started thinking to myself "this sounds suspiciously a lot like the kaiserreich mod from HOI4" and then I read the title...
They do have issues, but they are more powerful than any other two countries in the game/mod put together. The whole point is to hijack struggling countries and turn them into ridiculous power fantasies.

In my own imagining of how Germany could have won WWI the decisive point would be 1916, in our timeline Germany decided Russia was collapsing and opted to concentrate on the western front, resulting in catastrophic losses on both sides, which Germany was less able to sustain. They panicked and luanched unrestricted submarine warfare, eventually drawing America into the war. If they had instead decided to launch a major assult to finnish off Russia, they could have foisted the treaty of Brest Litovsk on Tsar Nicholas, by the end of 1916, Nicholas who would then have been overthrown and Russia would have descended into chaos - there would likely have still been a revolution from the left but it would probably be a coalition of socialst parties dominated by a left SR/Bolshevik colaition, with a few more radical Mensheviks thrown in. Julius Martov could become president of Russia, while real power would be shared between Lev Kamanev, Maria Spridinova and Leon Trotsky. Germany and Austria would then have launched offensives in France and Italy much as happens in the video above; with troops freed from the Caucuses and with Entente powers tied up in Europe Turkey could have launched a sucessful counter offensive in the middle east and anexed British oil reserves in western Iran. After defeating France Germany could then launch unrestricted submarine warfare on Britain, with Germany in such a strong position, America would be able to do little but lodge a diplomatic protest. Eventually Britain would agree a peace, it would keep Australia, Canada, New Zealand and India, but sign over all its other colonies to Germany, apart from Egypt which would become a client state of Turkey. I think the devs are considering to remove this in the lore entirely. We might see it change in a future lore rework. Plus the lore is old so expect some inaccuracies.
A very important and overlooked reason that the united states joined in on the side of the allies was because if the central powers won, then the french and british could not pay back american loans.

Around this period there is one nation that i did not notice being mentioned, which is mexico, because in this period there were several factions trying to secure power in the state, and perhaps you could introduce characters or events from there to add into your story.
