THE ONLY THING I KNOW FOR REAL
How to achieve this:
1. Start as Abella and make sure to get Weaponcraft in the intro.
2. Use a lucky coin on all chests to be able to get the best armor. Also to obtain either the arm guards or the salmonsnake rune. If you don't I'm sorry but you have to restart the run. You could save close to a chest and just savescum until you get one.
3. Defeat the Mob, to be able to craft the Meat grinder.
4. If you haven't gotten it from a random loot drop, buy the Purifying talisman from Dr. Kefer.
5. If you haven't gotten it from a random loot drop, defeat Needles to obtain heroin.
6. If you haven't gotten his armor from a random loot drop, kill the Elite Trooper in Prehevil - Eastern Outskirts.
7. If you somehow haven't gotten Pep Pills from a random loot drop, defeat Stitches to get them.
8. Obtain the leechmonger ring.
9. Obtain the Yggaegetsu Amulet.
10. Now just equip everything, use the Purifying Talisman, Pep Pills and inject heroin. You're ready to beat her ass. I suggest you either use the funger sigil to save close or use a book of enlightenment to save right before the fight, RNG can fuck you.

my brother in Alll-Mer i am playing as abella for that exact reason. you can get weaponcraft at the beginning
