I have so many issues with this movie 1. Why did they cast that Racist Cynthia Erivo she is detestable. 2. Erivo is near 40 why is she playing a college freshman, there were so many better choices especially ones whos voice would actually contrast and nit blend with Grande. 3. Why did they break it up into 2 parts. Just make the movie a 3 hour movie. It was fine, and whats worse is the marketing is hiding its 2 parts so people are being manipulated and withheld that information 4. Its a Broadway classic. WHY ARE YOU EMBARRASSED that its a musical. We should see dance numbers, musicality, and other aspects but its like they are juat implying that Defying agravity is the big moment and if you do that u undermine the entire premise of Wicked. 5. The viaual effects look cheap and super green screen which makes the whole thing look cheap 6. Wicked is based from Wizard of Oz, why are you not marketing that?!??!?! Too many people are assuming its gonna be a phenomenon. It wont its really well known in Broadway but thats NYC based and musical theather lovers not a causal general audience member, and trust me i love musical theather and live by NYC I expect this movie will flop really hard. Probably not as bad as Cats but it wont be what it should be and even fans will probably be disappointed. Personally i wouldve preffered it animated and vocied by Idina and Kristin

The Broadway musical is three hours long, and while it is amazing, Act 2 has its pacing issues so I’m very hopeful that breaking it into two independent movies will help each. This Wicked fan can’t wait till November 22nd!!! 💖💚🫧🧹

They actually used a LOT of practical sets and effects in this, I think it'll indeed be a banger!
