His command over language was very gud and v were very impressed by his openness. He said we make movies for our livelihood but you should only see gud movies and not all movies.
That says a lot about his character isn't. He was an educated actor.. not by qualification ..but my Gyaana. He was as good as Raj...had a powerful voice. Just that he didn't manage himself and his stardom well.

Saar, hats off for this serial on great UdayKumar. The three pillars of our 1950's-1970's cinema, the three kumars had unique ablities. Rajkumar was good in roles which brought bhaktirasa, Kalyankumar had very realistic dialogue delivery and UdayKumar's screen presence. Udaykumar was excellent in Chandavallitota, Ratnamanjari, Chakrateertha, BhaleBhaskar, BhaleBasava, SIdilamari, Dhoomaketu and many more. His signature role as Hanumanta in Ramanjaneeya Yuddha or as Bheema in telugu movie Pandavavanavasam were classic. Please keep this going and give us biographies of those forgotten or close to extinct people of our Kannada movies. Hope to see KalyanKumar, Ramesh, NagendraRao ... many more. Thanks a lot.
