I worked at a Healthcare Campaing as a tier 1 agent, at first I thought that it would be easy since our job basically was collecting all the customers information, identifying the problem/inquiry and transferring the customers to the correct department. But the bad part in this was that most of the customers before reaching us, they were already waiting in a long queue, most of them were in bad mood already, and telling them that they would be transferred to another department always made them even more angry. I remember that I had a lot of customers that refused to be transferred even after explaining that I didn't have the information or will to proceed with their problems/inquiries. 😪😪😪 Being a Call Center agent is a good paying job, just find the right camping, that's the key

Very same process. however in our case, if the call we recieved is from the provider of the member and the member is not with the provider, as much as we wanted to assist the caller, we do transfer the provider into provider department
Yes, if the provider is a caller they may immediately transferred to the Provider's Department. I'm out on the campaign from wellcare due to Ramp down but the company promoted me on new campaign so i'm on now, to Centene Campaign which as far as I know Centene is a head of wellcare now. And this LOB it's great and little more easy than wellcare varsity team because usually on wellcare they have a CSAT counts that's needs to maintain to your KPI every month, inorder you to stay on job. However, most of members are irate. But I really miss wellcare tho.

hi can I ask if wellcare is a wfh setup and do they really ask for your mother’s maiden name? I had my behavioral interview early today and got shocked that the interviewer asked me about my mother’s maiden name. I didn’t gave it and told the interviewer that I am not comfortable in giving such info and if it is necessary. He said JO will be tomorrow, I am still hoping that it was a legit interview. 😅

Everything will go smooth. ❤️ In addition to this, the way she handled the claims call, so direct to the point, not so agenda driven, transactional, but still don't forget to build rapport if necessary while checking for the Provider's claim or appeal status to avoid dead air but then again, it's case to case basis scenario not all the time it's applicable. Coz the way she handles it, as same as mine. 😁

I have a listening problem No problem in talking on my part My problem in this sort of account is lots of inputing the numbers But i will face them all.. whether i fail or not.. i will fight like a cock
healthcare account is quite challenging pero as days goes by, madali nalang siya. Sa training kalang talaga maging bobo hahahahaa kasi di tayo familiar sa mga words and medical terms, pero kalaunan easy nalang yan.
