    I love your videos . I’m Mexican-American . I work for a DME provider . We have a big team working from the Phillipines and they are the nicest most professional team I worked with . Love how you explain and are honest on what to expect. Irritated patient / customers will be intimidating at first but with practice we can turn that angry client to a happy one without having to connect them to a manager . Unfortunately, something that some don’t discuss that happens is , sadly, some Americans are racist . They will say rude remarks saying “ I want an American not you “ or “ I can’t understand you . Speak clearer “. Please don’t let these nasty comments get to you. Unfortunately, America is divided . However, I help my team. When I find out the person in my line was rude to someone in the Philippines ,I make it clear that we don’t tolerate anyone to belittle our staff based on color/gender/ethnicity. We pride in having a professional team working from the Phillipines to help our customers even though they are not Americans. Filipinos are so hard working and I respect all the effort they put in to work for American companies . Please know we do appreciate your help ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I started working at healthcare services and this is my first bilingual job and omg this is the best desicion I could ever take, your videos were so helpful to me and I am pretty sure they will also be for new workers in this industry. who hasn't worked at a call center? I think you should have more suscribers because what you do is priceless, you dont know how many people you are helping with this. Greetings.

I just got a call awhile ago about my job offer, I'm on a healthcare account and I was actually expecting that this will be hard. This is my first job so I'm quite frightened to what could happen to me, if I'll be able to survive lol. But I'll keep watching your vids, not only you're helping us but your voice, your accent, are just so angelic. You could put me on sleep by just talking hahahaha

    This really helps a lot! I was a non-practicing RN who got diverted mainly to financial CSR for almost a decade. I was only able to work in the local clinical setting just for 6 months last year, and now I'm joining an inhouse US healthcare account. It totally is a different kind of mountain to trek, but the info you gave serves as a great guide or overview. You are the best Pinoy call center vlogger, I have to say. More power to you!

    I love your voice, sounds natural and easy to understand as well. I'm planning to apply to a healthcare account for a couple of months now. However, I'm not yet sure If I could be able to handle it, as I don't consider myself as a tenured agent in BPO. I've been an agent for a local account for 4 years and I desire to step up my game.     I've work at a Member Engagement Specialist but outbound. We are the ones that set clinical appointments for members to make it faster and make sure that the psychiatrist their having an appointment with is an affiliate with our insurance.

    In Healthcare account ,you need to be careful , You need to follow HIPAA Guidelines . IF your caller is a provider PHI first , You need to get the name of the caller , NPI or Tax I.D number ,name of the office they are caller from , Subscriber I D or SSN Name of the member or patient, Date of Birth ,the best call back number . If anyone is missing with the PHI , ZTP will be the consequence and ZTP is final written warning .

    Hi Shiena! I'm really thankful that I found this video. it was my communications training 2 weeks ago and I'm anxious for days knowing this is my first time working in a call center. Two days before my training this video was uploaded and it really helped me a lot, next week is our nesting period. The anxiety is still there if I can pass or not, hoping I can pass this.

    I had been out of bpo for 6yrs and now I'm back. From 2yrs exp of customer service now I'm hired for a Healthcare account. My training will start on monday and I'm quite clueless. I'm glad to see this video of yours. Now I have a glimpse of HC account. Hope I pass the training.

Pues mira que si me gusta ayudar a las personas y por eso pensé en salud pero creo que la gente estará cargada emocionalmente ...y es comprensible porque están enfermos o sus familiares...tons algo me dice que me van a gritar mucho 😔 y como soy amable tons 💔 el doble.
