    Hi Rea, I have been watching all of your videos since the day I planned to apply in a BPO industry and luckily it helped me to pass the interviews. Remember, when you posted about a script for healthcare account? Yeah. That is the video that we're listening during our training at healthcare account. I'm so grateful that I got the job and assigned to most well-known healthcare account in the US. Thank you so much and now I'm watching this time for improvement.

    Hi! i just wanna say thank you for having this topic on your channel because I just got hired with Healthcare account and will start soon (few days from now) and while I'm making a little research about it to help my self and to gain some knowledge as well. I'm so fortune that I found you and your channel. Even though the video was recorded a year ago still a big help for newbies like me esp. to this kind of account in BPO. I was so scared because I never been exposed to any health related work ever. I am very thankful that this kind of help are now available online particularly here on youtube.     Right now Im on my second week of training in a Healthcare campaing.. its been very difficult for me because it is my first time working as a bpo agent and starting with a healthcare campaing I think it makes it even more difficult. Next week I will have the nesting, that from what I understand, is to take real calls and use all the software tools

    Kinakabahan ako. My training starts on Aug 11 for a healthcare account. I've been binge watching videos regarding healthcare accounts and I really feel anxious. There are times I run out of words to say or my brain would just stop to function when I get nervous. I'm afraid I'd mess up the training period. Hopefully I'd get to overcome this and survive.
