Right now Im on my second week of training in a Healthcare campaing.. its been very difficult for me because it is my first time working as a bpo agent and starting with a healthcare campaing I think it makes it even more difficult. Next week I will have the nesting, that from what I understand, is to take real calls and use all the software tools

Kinakabahan ako. My training starts on Aug 11 for a healthcare account. I've been binge watching videos regarding healthcare accounts and I really feel anxious. There are times I run out of words to say or my brain would just stop to function when I get nervous. I'm afraid I'd mess up the training period. Hopefully I'd get to overcome this and survive.
