I did not get a cover but my tacoma did come with factory hooks for the rails.
Good work brother! I appreciate you making and sharing this Tacoma content.
Thanks!
At 4:52-4:55 I thought you were heading for a nap 😅 nice accs add ons
I may have been. 😄
I found my d ring bed rail mounts, under the rear seat in the storage compartment….maybe look there?
Did the vid mention I bought it used? To your question, yes, I did. Went through there checking out the storage and jack. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching!
Just got my Tacoma with factory Tonneau and I got the factory tiedown clips also. Check under seat storage?
Someone else suggested that, to which I replied that I had indeed checked under the seat.
Remember please that I bought it used so who know what may have happened to the clips. Also the Taco is now a 2023 Colorado.
Thanks for watching and commenting.😀
They should be under the rear seats
1) bought it used, original owner could have lost them. 2)They were not under the seats, behind the seats nowhere to be found. 3) traded it in on a 2023 Colorado so...
You should still should have receive plastic tie downs. Go back to the dealer and demand them
You gave a reasonable suggestion. However I did buy it used, so.. 1) Arizona is a "sold as is" state for used cars, or what you see is what you get. Here's an extreme example. You buy a one year old used Tacoma from a Toyota dealership, then getting home you decode the build sticker (or find the window sticker on line), and discover your Taco left the factory with the hard tonneau cover and side steps. Trekking back to the dealership you show the info. They will quickly point to their copy of the "sold as is" sticker you were given.
2) On June 30th I traded it in on a 2023 Colorado 4x4. Thus the issue is moot.
