Join me on this very special inaugural trip report, as I fly on Icelandair's first flight out of Detroit, Michigan going to Reykjavík/Keflavík while sitting in the airlines' Saga Premium class seat 3A.

Excellent video! I'm taking this flight in October, albeit in the main cabin. However, a five hour flight doesn't sound so bad.

Some people still don't know the differance between a Direct flight and a Non-Stop flight.....

Yes , direct means it’s NOT N/S it means it makes a stop , yet no chge of equipment.
Ppl disembark and embark and the flight carry’s on to its destination.
