    Great tips, Dan! Especially about warblers. I'll use them for sure. I had quite a few nests of barnswallows this year in the barn, very successful year. Sadly they're gone now, will be a long wait until next April. Thanks again.

    Especially yes to those relaxation-oriented tips. And nice, I will climb our little Mount-Royal sometime soon here in Montreal and hang out for a while facing North to see what I might see, fun prompt.

    Great tips! Drove two hours yesterday down to Florida looking for a Blackburnian Warbler only to see that one was spotted in my neck of the woods 😢.

    It really got to me this year that spring migration is so short lived. Especially for Warblers. Fall is a longer window but many birds have subdued plumage during fall migration.
