The bumper install was short sweet and to the point. Clear and concise. The only tidbit I might interject(hopefully I don't sound too rash), the bracket you fabbed up to mount under your rad support, would it have been more difficult for you to make 2 angles to it, to allow the bumper to be flat across the bottom so it doesn't look like it's frowning? I'm looking to get one of these bumpers for my A4(to replace the busted up fiberglass unit I'm currently running). The way I had to rig mine up was to rip off the old existing bumper(they just glued it to the cut up stock bumper/crash bar) and rivet it to the preexisting pieces. After I split the bottom on accident(damn curbs at AutoZone), I fabbed up a full width lip from sheet steel, which worked fairly well, until my brothers driveway busted it up worse... the one I've got was from DuraFlex, advertised as poly, but was actually frikkin fiberglass... I guess I'm pondering on how I'm going to go about mounting up the next one, given that I've still got the crash bar and cut up stock bumper underneath my fiberglass bumper cover... Maybe more riveting? I'm just embarrassed a bit by the crappy fiberglass piece I've got and need something more resilient lol Cumberland roads suck jsyk
I currently have the stock S4 fenders but plan to close the headlight gap with two custom brackets to hold the bumper up. Overall it’s a wonderful bumper and I couldn’t be more happy with the fitment on the other gaps 👍
Have you put a grille on the lower open parts of the bumper or have you just kept it like that and color matched it with the rest of the car. Would be really interested to see the finished product. Also do you think this bumper would fit an A4 (heard some people saying s4 has a wider wheel well)
As of right now I’m working on the engine if the car so I put this project to the side. I plan to just color match it and leave it without inserts as I like the look of it now. And you should have no problem fitting it on an A4, they are the exact same vehicle, the RS4 has a wider wheel well.

Currently unsure of the coils as the previous owner put them on. I believe they are lowering springs.
Also, the paint is FARRR from immaculate, if I showed close ups I would be embarrassed 😂 I plan to do a series of repainting it this winter ❄️

Great Video. Do you have RS4 Front Fenders? How do you plan to close the gap under the lights?
