    Hi Heidi;
    I started to fallow your page yesterday. Nice haircut! I have very dry and frizzy hair I cannot say it is the damage of bleached but because of the medications and also coloring my gray hair frequently. Do you Think Olaplex would be a good product for me? Also, my hair growth started to slow, I have a lot of baby hair but barely growing long the way I wanted, any recommendations? Thank you very much.

    Everyone speaks so highly of the Moroccanoil treatment that I was totally convinced that it was pure argan oil and I had not idea that it contained silicones. Thanks for teaching me that I should read the label! I kind of like it although it is a little heavy and I prefer the Kerastase Elixir Ultime that works great on my long, thick hair.

    Hola Dearest Heidi 😘 I have been using the Moroccan Oil for maybe 4 years now. Before I used to have the L’Oreal Tecni Art Liss Control. I think I just got into the habit of using the Moroccan Oil. Funnily enough, I firstly use the Moroccan on towel dried hair , then come on with the Olaplex no 6. (since you mentioned it 😉). I also had the mask from Moroccanoil and was very good. Currently I am using the Function of Beauty products to wash and condition my hair and I think anything else I use after washing seems good .
    Here’s a video suggestion for you 💡 ( and sorry if you have done a video on this already 😔) : how about the best products in your opinion all the way from washing to blow drying ? For frizzy wavy hair would be great 👌🏼 since is the type of hair I have 😛☺️l would love to know what you think is the best ... what works for you. And if you can’t decide on one product , then 2 would be even better 😆
    PS: I have been binge watching your channel in the past couple of days 🥰🤩🤗 hence the several comments.

    Hi Heidi,
    Thanks for your videos. Have been enjoying them. Very informative.
    Could you confirm whether Olaplex can be used on natural hair or is it exclusively for bkeached/coloured hair? I have frizzy, breaking and dry hair and struggling to find products that keep my hair lush, confined and beautiful.
    Thank you 🙏
    PS just bought the L'oreal nutrifier glycerol shampoo and mask based on your recommendation. Have not used yet, but hopeful it will show some decent results.

    • @heidiguttenberg
      @heidiguttenberg  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Jill!
      From what I’ve heard Olaplex can be used on all hair types, with damage. I have bleached/highlighted hair and I can only tell you that it helped me personally.
      Olaplex for sure will NOT help with dryness, it should strengthen your hair. To hydrate your hair, look into my hair masks reviews, see which one makes sense to you.
      I know my virgin hair would not need Olaplex, and would not be worth the price for ME. UNLESS, I damaged my virgin hair in other ways, for instance, with heavy use of blowdryers, hair straighteners, curlers, etc.
      You can definitely try and see how that goes! And of course do let me know please!

    Thank you for the revue Heidi! Your videos are always so helpful and you have such a lovely personality. It feels like you’re a friend. 😊 I’ve tried something recently you might want to try. It’s the Argan hair treatment oil by Agadir. (Hope I spelled that right?!) I honestly believe it reduces frizz and adds shine to my ultra frizzy dry color treated hair. I have naturally wavy hair and it works beautifully when I air dry my hair too. The smell is wonderful and it never makes my hair greasy no matter how much I use. (Admittedly, I use a touch more than most people would probably use). It’s really good though. If you ever get the chance, give it a try. 💜👍🏻

  • @Elena_P
    @Elena_P 4 ปีที่แล้ว +21

    I was so excited to see your thoughts about this. I purchased the light Oil one month ago. I use half pump on wet and half pump on dry hair. I like that it has so much argan oil in it and I love the smell. First time using it I was like : nah...my Elvive oil is better and much cheaper. BUT...after using it just one month I have to say that my hair feels healthier. This did not happen with any other oil I have tried so far ( and I tried many). That's why I will replace my Elvive oil (after 5 years) with the Moroccanoil...! I think if you keep using it you will love it. As for anti frizz I use the hydrating styling cream (300ml so perfect for the price) on damp hair and the oil on dry hair.Sorry for the long comment I needed to share this with you ♥️♥️♥️

    You're supposed to use Moroccanoil Smoothing Cream with a few drops of Moroccanoil Treatment to achieve both heat protection and smoothing nourishment. Or you can use the Smoothing Cream first to style, then add Treatment oil to mid-length to ends of your hair. I find Olaplex No.7 too oily for my fine, blonde hair (even with very little application) so Moroccainoil wins every time for its consistent results.
